Khalifa Mansour

Dr. Mansour and his staff have been great. My initial visit was a sigh of relief. He listened to all of my concerns and wasn’t dismissive like a lot of drs can be. He got the ball rolling immediately ordering necessary exams. His office is organized in all areas from billing to scheduling.

Never seen the doctor. I couldn't get an appointment when the authorization was valid. Employee so rude. They send me to "see another doctor if I don't want to wait after 4 months trying to get the appointment.

Dr. Mansour is awesome. His staff not so much. Not the nurses just front office staff. They should be required to take classes in communication and common courtesy

The doctor was patient and kind to my 85 year old mother. He made her feel valued and was gentle in his demeanor with her. Even though he was busy, we would not have guessed it by the way he dealt with her. He did not make her feel rushed, but rather was patient, considerately waiting for her responses. Doctor Mansour listened to my issues and performed tests with professionalism and empathy. He explained what he was doing and results clearly. Then he asked if I had questions and answered my questions in a likewise manor.

Dr. Mansour is one of the best, he is very thorough and knows his field and is a nice man, its unfortunate the staffs on these doctors offices ( just about everywhere) are always rude. remember how much(or little) education it takes to work in a doctors office. so dont miss out with getting a good medical review with Dr. Mansour. just ignore the low lifes. I looooooooooove my Doctor!!!!!!! He is amazing. He listens to what I have to say and truly cares for my health. He doesn't leave any stone unturned. He is so awesome because he explains every single thing to me at my pace. He even cares if I'm cold. The smallest things and the important things, he cares so much and is so compassionate. Staff is horrible , especially Diane ! Too lazy to help an 84 year old woman give the office address to her son over the phone. I’ve never had a doctors office be so inconsiderate and rude to my mother. What a frustrating and terrible experience.

Wow, incredibly rude and unhelpful. This is the first review I have written, it was that bad. My grandma went in (sweet old lady) in a wheel chair and the front office lady refused to help her. I always was scared of having surgery on my neck But talking with Dr Mansour I was put at ease

Although the front office staff can be a little scattered, Dr. Mansour always takes the time to answer all our questions. He has helped my aunt manage her dementia for years. Every time she starts to worsen, he looks for other causes - he doesn't just assume it has to happen because she's old. He's given my aunt years of extra, meaningful living.

I've called his office for 10 days....I keep getting the Appointment desk...A Lady named Edna. In her message, she promises to return your call within 1 business----SHE NEVER DOES....I had to go back to my primary care Physician to request a different Neurologist....
