Went here to treat my ingrown toenail. They refused to perform a chemical matrixectomy and was charged $325 for the simple removal of a small piece of my nail. The ingrown toenail came back since I was refused a matrixectomy and I decided to visit a podiatrist. The podiatrist I visited charged me less for the complete matrixectomy procedure and I realized that this doctor overcharged me. If you have any issues regarding your foot please visit a podiatrist instead.

Some of the staff is rude always saying 3 hours wait or behind 3 hours but why do they lie

The front desk didn’t seem like she wanted to help I sat there from 10:30 to 1:30 and my child didn’t get seen I asked several times how long would it be I couldn’t understand why the doctor was that unprofessional to think that only his time was important I had stuff to do to no on has 3 hours to wait. If I could rate this place 1 star I would. Not only did they have us wait 3 hours past the initial appt time (which the excuse they use when responding to other reviews stating something similar is extremely ridiculous and not realistic to me by any means because I'd understand maybe an hour but 3???) my brother is special needs but still understands and the office manager treated him like he didn't exist and was so rude to him! TLDR: Terrible Management, 4 weeks without medication, BEWARE! So this office has the wicked witch of the south working for them. Sadly she’s also the office manager, rest assured she will do everything in her power to ensure you do not receive service simply because she doesn’t prefer you as a patient. Not only is she rude, but also severely incompetent. I’ve been in need of my medication for the last 4 weeks and every time I call she has forgotten, ignored, or done nothing at all to push my treatment forward. Also embarrassed me In front of everybody in the waiting room, loudly disclosed what I was in there for in the most belittling way (HIPPA Violation - close to it). Initially she tried to deny me service, even when the Physical Assistant and other nurses were genuinely trying to assist me. Coincidently, while I was there another patient was having an issue with her and called her a “liar” as she stormed out. Probably best to seek help else where, unfortunately I’ve already come this far so I’m just going to try to stick it out. I guess being treated like a dirt is acceptable here. Professional Clean and caring!

Excellent care. Office was clean and friendly. Dr. Chaudhary really listens and cares. I felt very comfortable. Nurses were efficient and timely. Would definitely recommend and I will go back in the future if need be.

By far the best doctor in Fort Bend County! Dr. Chaudhary is so kind and truly cares about all of his patients!! Sometimes there can be a wait to see him even with an appointment, however it is always worth the wait, because he LISTENS to you and CARES about you!! He is very knowledgeable about anything and everything!! I cannot thank Dr. Chaudhary or his wonderful staff enough for always showing up and being there for me, my family, and the community!!! This doctor continues to allow patients to be abused & violated by his Office Manager. As seen on numerous google reviews over a period of years.

My husband has breathing problems due to his COPD and would not help to write a prescription for a Portable Nebulizer and medication for the machine. Told me take his puffer! I told him my husband can not breath in to be able to take that medication! His reply if it gets worst go to the ER!!! We went to new Doctor and got the medication and now my Husband is doing so, so much better!

My mother had a appt here about a week or two ago. Her appt was scheduled for 2pm. We arrived at 1:30. I had to pick up my children from school so I left her at 2pm in the waiting room. I didn't think nothing about it because this office always takes about 15-30mins to call you to the back. I really did think when I got back she would be waiting for me to leave. I got back to the office at 2:50 sat and waited. Around 3:30 I got up and asked if my mom was still in the building? Because I was getting concerned. One of the ladies in the office said she didn't know if my mom was back there because she barely made it to the office. So she went and checked and told me she was. She assured me that my mother would be seen next. 4:05 and people who had went in while we were waiting were coming out. I kept wondering when my mom was coming out? At 4:15 I sent a message to my mom and asked her if she was ok? Since my mom is wheelchair bound (amputee) and this appt was a follow up from being in the hospital a couple of days before. She sent me a message back saying she was tired, the doctor hadn't seen her yet and she was in pain from sitting in her chair for so long. I replied back to tell her, I was going to tell the lady in the front office that we were going to cancel and for my mom to be bought back to the front since the door is locked. When I went to speak to the lady in the front desk, she was on the phone. I stood there for about 5mins and my mom sent me another message and said she couldn't wait anymore she needed to leave because the pain was too much. So I sent her a message to tell her to come to the front and we can leave. The lady was still on the phone when I heard my mom's chair apporch the door. She was opening the door when it slammed closed. Everything I heard next was from being on the other side of the door. The Dr was asking her where she was going and my mom told him that she was tired and wanted to go home. He said to her, you can't leave I will see you next. At this time it was 4:50 pm. Mind you we got there at 1:30. My mom told him, that she wanted to leave and if he could move so she can roll out in her chair. At this point I started knocking on the door and yelling at the Dr to move and that she doesn't have to stay if she doesn't want to. He let the door knob go and opened the door to let her out. And we left. Was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this doctor, obviously. And since then we switched over doctors. My mother had a appt here about a week or two ago. I would definitely give it a five star rating, however because of the long waiting and sometimes rude office staff I give it a 4. Other than that, this Dr. is amazing at what he does! Ive been going to him for over 20 years! What I admire is that he can tell you straight off the back what is going on without carrying a laptop or tablet with him like all the other Drs. do now a days. Very impressive. He always listens carefully and makes sure he understands what you are telling him, not like other drs that make you feel rushed. I hope he stays in practice for many many more years to come because without him I would be lost and wouldn't know where else to find a Dr. like him!! Dr. Chaudhary is one of the few PCP’s that goes above and beyond for patient care. I have noticed his clinic and staff are open to helping all patients with their accute and preventative medical needs. I have a lot of admiration for Dr.’s who take their time with patients and really value the life long relationship of taking care of both the patient and their family. Very unpleasant. At my wifes initial visit I was told "patient only" by the nurse. Firstly I take ide in my families health care and when I get to go with my wife to her appointments it allows me to know what is going on and allows to know how to help her, plus if she forgets something i can remind her. For two years I have been treated like a dog by the front office staff. I originally posted a good rating because of the doctor's kindness. The office manager may be his wife, at least she acts like she would be. Nothing else explains why she has been there for years. Rude. Incorrigible. Abusive. I have been NOTHING but kind to everyone. Slow being able to get in to see the doctor, slow wait in the office. Terrible service all the way around. Would not recommed at all and lacking proper hygiene.

Dr Chaudhary is a descent physician. I've went to his clinic since I was a child, 25 + years. I stopped going because that old Mexican woman that's been there many years working in the front. She thinks she runs the place and has an attitude. I'm DONE, never want to see her face again.

Dr. Chaaudhary is an extremely competent and knowledgable physician. He is very practical in his approach to a variety of illnesses . It is difficult to be a general practitioner and be competent at diagnosing and treating problems. I have sen him several times as my family has and we have been very pleased.
