Very disappointed with Dr. Winslow’s staff.

I was referred to FIRM after our most recent loss. I started off seeing Dr.Duffy who started me on a weight loss plan and when I returned under weight and ready to begin treatment I started seeing Dr winslow. He went above and beyond to make sure I was healthy and ready for my IVF treatment. All in all I am pregnant and I owe it all to Dr winslow and Dr erb at FIRM.

Dr. Winslow is the best of the best! My husband and I came into his clinic from Macon, GA in Jan. 2021, feeling defeated and desperate after about 4 years with unexplained infertility. Needing to try IVF led us to the FIRM and we never looked back. Dr. Winslow and staff are professional but also caring and compassionate. They also won’t waste your time. They get down to business! Although we had a failed transfer in March 2021, Dr. Winslow didn’t let that get us down. He had me back the next month and we had success that April. Our little girl was born in January of 2022, a year to the day of our very first appt. at FIRM! We were truly blessed to be led to the FIRM and Dr. Winslow. He and his nurses have given us our biggest blessing in life, and we are eternally grateful!

I have been going here for fertility treatment for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He will answer all your questions and is always very honest with you. He will also change things, if something isn’t working for you. He’s amazing and will do his best to get you pregnant if that’s your goal. He’s my favorite in the office. Dr. Winslow and all the stuff are worse place to go. Do not go there, they will charge you upfront and result will be zero. You will waste your time and money. These people not even deserve for one star. Every single person going there will have hope and expectation, but this is not right place, trust me I have been through this, I hope this will help for other people. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid him at all costs. He has the worst bed side manner. He told me I was ‘a walking blood clot’. Laughed in our faces for bringing test results and told me he wouldn’t help me until I was basically anorexic.

I just want to say thank you Dr.winslow for being a awesome doctor for helping my mom deliver me back in 08-08-1987

After having 2 failed IVF procedures with another Doctor in South Florida, my husband and I went to see Dr. Winslow. We were extremely nervous since we had been married at the time for 10yrs and trying to conceive for the last 5. Dr. Winslow was so professional and confident that we gave it another try. On April 29, my birthday we found out that we were expecting!!! We had a baby girl and 2 yrs later we went back to try again with Dr. Winslow and 6wks after that we were blessed again but this time with TWINS, Emily is now 12yrs old, she was a Christmas Eve baby, and our twin boys were born on 10-10-10!!! Dr. Winslow is totally awesome!!! I have him to thank for my daughter that will be 18 on January 2020. There office and staff are all totally amazing. We went and seen him after I had her and found out I had breast cancer before she was 9 weeks old. Dr. Winslow and his staff are all so amazing and the best bed side manner.

Dr Winslow is very professional and has good experience! He answered the questions we have.The staff is doing a great job to arrange the appointment, we barely see other patients and the waiting time is very short.

My 1st consultation was in Jan 2014 with Dr. Winslow he was very patient and kind with us. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure to me and my husband and and we followed his instructions to the Tee. Our 1st round of IVF was good and we will forever be greatful to him and his staff,

We worked with Dr. Winslow, Dr. Duffy and staff to help us to conceive. We were originally unsure of why we weren't able to get pregnant, and both doctors and staff were extremely patient, great educators and remaining honest throughout the IVF process and complications that arose. We now have a healthy and vibrant 3 year old who wouldn't be here if it weren't for the miracle workers in this office.

Eighteen years ago I was made due to this man. He's doing great things!

Dr. Winslow is a matter-of-fact, no nonsense guy. I assure you that he is very sincere in his motives. I have him to thank for my wonderful son… who serves as a sailor in the United States Navy. All I have is praise for this brilliant man and his caring staff.

Dr. Winslow has terrible bedside manner. He is not personable and doesn't even take the time to try to make you feel comfortable. When he fills in for other doctors he doesn't give you time to ask questions and doesn't even fully explain things to you because "he can't charge your insurance if he's simply just talking to you." I don't recommend seeing him or his clinic if you don't like to be treated as if you're just another piece of cattle in the herd.

My experience was a few years ago with Dr Winslow and his staff but they were all extremely kind and caring! Wonderful, knowledgeable physician that is absolutely one of the best at what he does! Would only recommend him if u r having fertility issues!

Everyone at Dr. Winslow's office is great from himself to the nurses and receptionist. They are like family and make you feel like part of that family. Thank you to all it was a pleasure ????

I seen Dr. Winslow 8 years ago, he was super friendly and professional, he was tryin to work up a plan for me,unfortunately my pocket just cdnt afford it. But if í cd he wd be the one. I believe it cd happen buf unfortunately the cost are to high. Not just there, everywhere in general when it comes to infertility. But í thought he was great. Dr. Winslow and his staff have been amazing. We saw 2 other Reproductive Endocrinologist before we found one that worked well with us. His bedside manner is so good and he makes you feel like you are his number 1 patient. I have recommended 7 friends to his office and all of them are now pregnant or have had their child recently. My first appointment with Dr. Winslow was quite informative and sensitive to understanding our story and our needs. He took the time to get to the bottom of our fertility issues quickly so that we could move forward in our desire to grow our family. Through the months that i spent with Dr. Winslow & his staff, we were treated with compassion guided by the most up to date medical advances in fertility. Through his guided expertise, we achieved pregnancy on our first transfer.

I can not recommend Dr. Winslow and everyone at FIRM enough. I felt truly cared for and listened to. After working with us for a little over a year, we are just about to deliver our first child in a matter of days. Dr. Winslow is so knowledgeable and willing to talk to you that all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable in the decisions you are making for your future.

Absolutely love this place. Dr Winslow is awesome and so are all the staff members I came in contact with! He cares so much about each patient and even though I know he must be super busy he makes time for each patient and you aren't shoved onto an insane wait list, ever. I never felt like just another number here! Always a priority. Each appointment was great and I would highly highly recommend this practice and Dr Winslow to anyone struggling to get or stay pregnant.

I have gone through IVF treatment with FIRM in Jacksonville (downtown location) in summer 2016. The whole experience was great andI felt I was in the good hands. Dr. Winslow was my leading doctor, and I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He was patient to answer all my questions and offered support when needed. He was upfront and honest with me, which I value a lot. My IVF was successful, and I am now under ob-gyn care! I wish FIRM's staff could take care of me longer

Dr. Winslow was a pleasure to work with over the last six months! Although we're thrilled to have been released to our OBGYN we will miss the staff at FIRM; they have a very caring team who always made us feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Winslow is straightforward and I appreciated his honesty throughout the entire process. I felt I could trust him to provide the right approach and options for our specific fertility issues. If needed in the future we will definitely return to Dr. Winslow.

Dr. Winslow was very honest and straightforward about the process, which allowed me to manage my expectations (as much as one can when trying to get pregnant!!!). I felt that he cared for and respected me.. I never felt like just a number/another patient. He continued to see me even after a positive pregnancy test, providing multiple ultrasounds until we heard our little girl's heartbeat for the first time. I would like to say that me and my wife have been extremely impressed with Dr. Winslow and his whole office staff. You could not ask for more compassionate staff to take care of you during your fertility treatment. We thank Dr. Winslow and his staff for all the compassionate care that was showed upon us while we were under his care. We graduated back to our regular obgyn doctor now and will miss Dr. Winslow and his staff.

Dr. Winslow and the rest of the doctors at FIRM are just there for the money. They don't care about their patients, just how much money they can make off of them. Patients are seen one time and then recommended to have IVF, the most expensive infertility treatment. As a patient all you are is a number and a dollar sign.
