I wish there is a very poor star rating. This just happen, My son had an appointment today and there was a misunderstanding on the scheduled time. Nicole who was the person over there told my wife that my son will no longer be seen my the Doctor or so? just because he missed his appointment time even though they still went over there and explained what happen. Never heard of a policy like that before. Would NEVER recommend this place for everyone!.

I took my son here twice. I had to search for a new pediatrician for my son, so I came here since they accepted medicaid. The first time was a great experience 'cause they knew I was looking for a new doctor. So they put up a front, to be nice. The second time around I waited in the waiting room for about 50 minutes! And then waited again in the exam room for another 45 minutes! Then Dr. Windisch insulted me and made me feel like I'm some horrible 23 year old mother. All because I REFUSE to put

He's a horrible doctor. My greatest mistake as a parent was taking my kids to him.

Horrible bedside manner! My kids did not feel comfortable with him and he spoke down to me. I spent more time with his students than him and cannot believe they let this man teach. He does not seem to care about people in general and behaves as though he is above everyone. The office is old and looks warn down and the wait time is always more than an hour. I would not recommend this Dr. to my worst enemy.
