The Nurse was trying to push minor surgery over medication and made a joke about COVID-19 Very Tacky and unprofessional

Made the appointment over the phone told them what I told them in person and they didn't do any tests and send me back home. If they wouldn’t service me they could have said so on the phone but waited until I got all the way there to turn me away. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for anyone. Seems unorganized.

It is almost impossible to reach the office staff by phone. (The phone is always busy.) I had one appointment with Dr. Wietecha. (I had an hour and a half drive to get there.) He came into the exam room, never sat down, spoke very quickly, and left in about two minutes. He offered no advice or alterations, and increased my thyroid med. I had a bone density scan at that appointment. (They did not have me take off metal jewelry.) A few days later I received a curt call from a staff member telling me I had osteoporosis, but had no additional info for me. For my next appointment, I was not able to see the doctor, just a nurse who had a very bad cold. The office constantly put the wrong info to my healthcare system, and miscommunicated orders for tests, then blamed someone else. It was a terrible experience. The office staff was often curt, too. Dr. Wietecha is very consistent, very professional, and his care if excellent.

Direct and to the point. Always takes time to answer questions and explain things.

The medical care is adequate. The NPs and PAs explain relevant health issues ehile being courteous and respectful. The support staff seem bothered everytime we sign-in (approximately 6 times now) - no eye contact, no salutation, or smile.

He's an excellent doctor.

This guy really cares about his patients and I really appreciate that.

I REALLY APPRICIAT THAT HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH ME AND LISTENS TO MY QUESTIONS I HAVE AND I FEEL HE REALLY CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS.

Dr. Wietecha takes care of all aspects of your needs and is overall great.

AT EVERY APPOINTMENT, HE COMES IN AND I DONT EVEN FEEL LIKE IM AT A DOCTORS OFFICE. I FEEL SAFE IN HIS CARE, THAT HE IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON.

Dr. Wietecha is a great listener and was more helpful then my previous doctors at handling my thyroid issues. He has explained how to take my medicines properly. Had I known how to take it all along, I would have been better along time ago. I appreciate the way he handles my issues and he very considerate of my time.

Terrible office staff. Always making false promises and then retracting them. Good luck ever getting a call through, their line is busy all day every day with no option to leave a message and they never call back with results. Absolutely awful communication between doctors, nurses, and office staff. No one knows what is going on.

Was there twice. Office is rushed. All involved were more interested in lunchtime. The medical staff needs to read up on "optimal" lab values instead of the standard ranges. Everyone's body is different. In all fairness Dr. Wietecha was very friendly

Sometimes a bit too technical, but answers questions appropriately. Always seems rushed...needs to move on to next patient. Office staff great...friendly & professional.

Dr. Wietecha is very honest, caring and thorough.

Dr Wieticha is a nice and intelligent Dr. he has a lot of Nurse Practictioners, but they do things just as Dr Wieticha would. I have been with Dr Wieticha for a long time and I trust him and his staff.

Dr. Wietecha's appointments are always on time, he's very professional in business and appearance. He cares about his patient's no matter what. He has a great reputation in the Stark County area.

I have been seeing Dr. Wietecha since I was 12 and I have always felt like I am receiving the best possible care. Dr. Wietecha takes the time to explain to you what your body is doing in medical terms so that a non medical person can understand, without making you feel unintelligent. I have always felt he listens to your concerns and tries his best to "tackle" them. Sometimes he does talk a little fast, but if you ask him to explain something he will gladly do so. He is also willing to try many different routes to help you feel the best you can! I have recommended two friends to see him and they also have had positive experiences. In this day and age it is very common to be seen by nurse practitioners. They are also great. They always have access to Dr. Weitecha if they have concerns or questions. When I came here I was in such bad shape. Dr Wietecha was on it right away. he never wasted a minute in trying to help me .He knew I had something serious going on. the staff was very supportive and helpful. I had to call in a lot to inform the Dr of issues or concerns I had. Because of Dr Wietecha's knowledge and care I am almost totally 100% percent better today. Thank you Lori Christopher for also helping me with issues that I had and being patient with me. You have also done an amazing job. Greatly appreciated. I decided to write a genuine for real review. Dr Wietecha is a wonderful guy, I assume. Seems to be a good doctor and has always been nice and friendly. However, it is like an assembly line, they have too many patients and now you have to see either nurse practitioners or doctors assistants who only care about your numbers. They do not listen to symptoms because after all if your numbers fall in what the lab considers normal then there is no discussion.

I needed to see an endocrinologist in an urgent window of time. I called the office, explained my case, and they squeezed me in with Kathy Fritz / Dr. Wietecha. Nurse Fritz was thorough, informed and reassuring. She immediately sought out Dr. Wietecha's consult and together as a team they set me up with the correct testing which lead to an immediate diagnosis and treatment. If you are ever need a champion in the medical arena Dr. Wietecha is your "go to physician"!
