I was fortunate to find this place when searching for an ENT in the Spring, TX area. I was able to get a initial consult with in a week. The kindness and professionalism from everyone in this office is top notch. On my consult they went over all their findings throughly but made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. I was never pressured into any procedure or timelines. They gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision for myself. After the procedure they would check in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable and make sure any concerns were addressed. Until now I did not realize haw restricted my breathing was. I wish I would have found this place sooner, everything from sleep to cardio has improved. If you have any sinus issues do yourself a favor and Give Dr. Smith’s office a call.

Dr. Smith and his staff have treated me beyond any positive expectation. Dr. Smith and his staff were professional, informative, always in direct/immediate communication/available, and clearly experts from the first visit to the final post-op visits. My procedure, one that I never thought I would have, especially one as important both, medically and aesthetically, went perfect. As an attorney, having consulted with many doctors in a professional capacity and for my own personal care, I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a confident and well qualified dual board certified trauma ENT and plastic surgeon. I am truly glad I located Dr. Kevin Smith.

Dr. Smith and everyone are so kind and attentive. Dr. Smith is caring, and they have truly helped me with sinusitis and migraines. One of the best doctors I have met in Texas. English is my second language, but it doesn't matter because they still listen to me, help me, and explain things in a way I can understand.

Dr. Smith is an exceptional doctor. He is super skilled and very personable. He corrected my deviated septum, performed turbinate reduction, got rid of a septal spur, and performed balloon sinuplasty. I no longer have the almost daily headaches I had been waking up with for years. I couldn't have been in better hands. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Smith!! I suffered with daily headaches and migraines for over 30 years. I’ve seen multiple doctors and I tried just about anything and everything there was. I was having migraines at least 2-3 times a week. I was beyond MISERABLE!! I was very skeptical of Dr. Smith, especially when he told me that he could cure my migraines. I’ve never had a doctor tell me that. I just thought that he was full of himself but I was so wrong. Having the procedure, was one of the best decisions that I have ever made!! Dr. Smith not only saved my life, but he gave me my life back. He’s been such a blessing!! It’s been almost 4 months and I haven’t had a single migraine. I’m still in shock!! You won’t find a more caring and understanding doctor than Dr. Smith. He has the best bedside manner that I have ever seen and he’s very passionate about what he does. If you suffer from migraines then you need to give him a call. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

You will not find a more kind, caring, empathetic doctor who is truly passionate about helping people feel better on a daily basis. The office staff goes above and beyond to help you schedule your visit and coordinate all aspects of surgery. Dr. Smith listens to everything you have to share and does a thorough physical exam. We could not be more pleased with our experience at the Smith Center!

You cannot change the appointment for no reason!

My experience with Dr.Smith has been excellent. He is caring and you Can feel the passion he has for helping you. During our first appointment I had to stop myself from crying because “he gets it”, like no one else has. I just had surgery June 30, and he must be very very delicate because the only “pain” I feel is like a dry nose. That’s it. It’s so minimal, I’m amazed. I had a bone spur taken out of my nose that was causing debilitating headaches. He also fixed my deviated septum, turbinate reduction and sinuplasty. Dr. Smith and his staff is amazing. I have suffered from daily headaches and migraines for over 8 years and have gone to multiple doctors, but no one had been able to find anything to help me. Dr Smith, however, had me get a CT scan of my sinuses and said he could help me. It's been almost a month since my surgery, and I have not had ONE migraine since. I highly recommend Dr Smith. I’m in the process of being scheduled for surgery to correct my problems. I was very impressed with my visit with Dr. Smith and his team. Everyone was polite and welcoming. I appreciate the thorough questions asked about my history and the details of my issues presented. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional with a great sense of humor. I like how he walked me through the diagram and X-ray of my nose so you I would have a clear understanding of what is going on with me. The office was nicely decorated with great music playing in the exam room. I was prescribed medication and given a plan in case the medication doesn’t work. I follow up in 6 weeks.

Good morals ... golden hands ... high experience

I have suffered with chronic migraines for the last 20 years. I was at my wits end and could not take the pain any more. A friend introduced me to Dr Smith and it's been 10 weeks since my surgery and I have not had one single migraine. I was extremely skeptical but I was at breaking point and had nothing to lose so decided to go and talk to him and ended up having surgery which was a very simple procedure with very little recovery time. Dr Smith is an incredibly kind and genuine person and truly wants to help patients like me that had debilitating migraines, be free of them. He has changed my life. I honestly could not recommend him more.

I am very pleased with the surgery Dr. Smith did on the inside of my nose so I could breathe. I got several opinions before I chose Dr. Smith to do the surgery, which I desperately needed, but dreaded at the same time. I suffer from allergies, bad nasal swelling and headaches diagnosed as migraines. I had been unable to sleep properly, waking up multiple times a night unable to breathe through my nose, sometimes having nightmares I was suffocating. Dr. Smith took the time to examine my nasal structures sitting up and lying down. He was much more thorough than some of the other doctors I was considering. The surgery he performed was more difficult to do and more extensive than what other doctors suggested, but it was what I needed to actually solve my problem and get air through my nose. He took my insurance and the cost was reasonable. My headaches are better as he also removed a bone spur in my nose. He also has a great personality. I would recommend him without question.

Very pleasant visit! Finally a doctor that actually shows that he care about your over all well being and not only about his wallet! I really recommend Dr. Smith, he is kind and considered he actually took his time and asked questions to find out my issues! We need more doctors like him!

Dr. Kevin Smith is AMAZING- he is the reason I have my life back! I had Chronic Migraines, and was on a high dose of seizure med's twice a day just to function. I was determined to find another solution, and that is when I found Dr. Smith. I had the surgery, and I have been off the seizure med's for almost 3 months now, and not the first sign of a headache! I feel incredible! Dr. Smith is the BEST! I tell everyone about him! He gave me my life back, and for that I am forever grateful.

My daughter suffered migraines for over 2 years. We were feeling hopeless until we heard of Dr. Smith. He read her MRI that showed a bone spur/deviated septum that 3 other doctors said was normal. He performed surgery. That surgery gave us back our daughter! She is enjoying high school for the first time as a junior and pain free!!! His staff is so compassionate and professional. His concern for his patients is something I've never seen before and words cannot express enough thanks.

Dr. Kevin Smith able to very quickly diagnose our son who had been having a constant migraine for over 2 months (pain behind one eye and very light sensitive in one eye).
