Excellent, friendly staff. Dr. Shandera was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He included me in decisions about my treatment plan. I highly recommend this doctor.

I wanted two months to get an appointment with an urologist. I was stunned it was with a male doctor. If I wanted a woman I had to wait another two months. Dr. Shandra was able to find a solution for the OAB issue, my GP said that I had to learn to live with. Definitely would recommend others to see him.

I think he’s great did a bladder stretching surgery last year all went well love his office and staff I recommend him highly

Dr Shandera has been my husband urologist for several years. This year my husband had major problems . Dr shandera was always there when I had concerns and questions about my husband care. There were times in the middle of the night I called and the on call number notified dr Shandera and even in the middle of the night he woke up and called me to answer my concerns, I feel not many doctors would wake up and take a call . I would definitely recommend Dr Shandera because he works with his patients and care givers.

Getting the right prescription is difficult with this doctor. I've never run into more problems than I have with Dr. Shandera's office. Twice now they've sent the wrong dosage to the pharmacy for a refill. When I asked them to resend the right dosage, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy (I use a mail order pharmacy, not a brick and mortar one). The lady I talked to said "Oh, you should have told us!" Well, I did.......maybe you should have listened to me more carefully.

I had been referred to the Dr. from the emergency room. He spent a lot of time with me explaining possible problems, ordered tests that were absolutely necessary to find out the problem. I was very impressed. My wife was a nurse for more than 30 yrs. was also impressed, he address us both and explained everything with models, etc.. He took aq lot of time with me., Thanks, Doc....

He was the worst Doctor I have ever seen. He was rude to me, extremely rough and made condescending remarks to me. He made remarks about my eating habits after seeing my weight even though he knew nothing about me. I would not send my worst enemy to this man. This is a sensitive area and women want to be made to feel comfortable. This man literally shoved an instrument inside me and made me cry. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
