Dr. Kevin L Pritchett

Well, after reading, a lot negative reviews, I was ready for rudeness. However, the lady(forgot name) who answered the phone, was very nice and helpful!! Maybe things are better with Pritchett 's front office staff, now?? Hope so!! I have no qualms!!

The service in the front desk is a disaster. They never answer the phone. You have to call several times before that they pick the phone. Dr. Pritchett is amazing but He needs to know what service offer his team.

If this were a business where you only interacted with the front staff, you'd never return. It seemed like bothering them...like you're supposed to know things they should be sharing. On another occasion, I tried calling, and got a recording that there were 3 calls ahead of me. Okay...shouldn't be long. More than 25 minutes passed, and that 3 calls never changed. Most of my experiences there are quite positive. But there's one receptionist who is very unprofessional! Just straight ignorant! Everything is some joke to her and she's quick to correct you should you flub on a date and just not office material. I shouldn't have to apologize that I just got back from town and tired, when following up on a call they gave me. But to lessen her gross approach to communicating with the public, so early in the morning, anything will do! He is close and convenient but has the most unfriendly staff. Also watch for insurance fraud they billed me my co-pay and then an additional amount for the doctors visit on top of that. After calling BCBS it was apparently coded wrong .If they were going to code as they did, then they should never have charged a co-pay and all of it would have gone towards my deductible. My insurance is calling them to explain how it works. Regular doctors visit=Co-Pay, not rocket science. Needless to say this was it for me, I will looking for a new doctor. I have been going here since I was a kid, and had great experiences all through. Dr. Pritchett explains everything in a very calm and reasonable manner, and presented all options for me during my visit. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a good family physician.

We have been going there for years, so we have seen different doctors and staff. We have always been happy with our treatment and our interaction with everyone. Naturally, personalities differ, but we (my wife and I) feel that everyone is friendly and courteous.

Lisa and Vanessa have been great, but with Lisa leaving, we will too. The supporting staff is not good. It's sad how they call wanting us to come in for follow ups, when they can't do anything more. $160 billed for a 10 minute consult? Thanks, but we're good. Then my Wife was there, they lost her paperwork she had to fill out for our Daughter and had to fill it all out again 2 months later. Then told my Wife she can't get a flu shot because she hadn't been there in a few years. I can walk in to a Schnucks or Walgreens and get a flu shot, but can't get one at our doctor's office? I have been a patient with Dr Pritchett for over 10 years. Three visits in the last couple months. Each time he was running over an hour behind to the point I left the room and asked if I was forgotten about. Once he came in he quickly dismissed my symptoms. He wasn't receptive in our conversation and was so obstinate that I gave up trying to explain my symptoms. He even called the lab stating that couldn't possibly be my blood work, when it actually was correct. Stay away from this guy.

The staff is not at all friendly, does not diagnose anything with a care and the billing system is incorrect.

Customer service sucks always on time for appointments and still wait about 30 min to an hour for appointments.

Empty office and waiting room, arrived 15 minutes early, took an hour just to see a nurse, then thirty minutes to see the doctor. Was brief and cold. Getting a new doctor.

Every time I have spoken to the office staff; it doesn't matter if I call them, or if they call me, I get the feeling that I am just an inconvenience to them. I have brain cancer and sometimes I can't get words out in a hurry or correctly. But, they hang up quickly without letting you finish trying to resolve or help. Just cut and dry....Very poor customer service/support. Also, I would like to a physician that looks you in the eye, no in your records while taking to you. Let me start by saying Lisa is great! The staff for scheduling and the assistants are the rudest people I have ever met. They have the "I'd rather be doing anything else" attitude. I don't have to go to the Dr very often, but it is miserable when I have. I called and asked a simple yes/no question and got a very snotty response about how I haven't been there, well I didn't realize that a time limit for being a patient. I've decided to switch doctors, the staff is just too unbearable.

The staff needs some sort of customer service training. They have been rude on several occasions. I have been a patient there for many years due to loving Lisa Reno, however I will be switching to a new Doctor due to the staff.
