Dr. Platt could not have done a better job. He examined my son while in the ED at St. Elizabeth. Dr. Platt arrived in the room while the nurse was still taking vitals, asked us relevant questions, set a logical course of action, and explained things along the way. He checked in multiple times, was attentive, courteous and informative.
Was very condescending when speaking with me and my son. Said he didn't know what the problem was and to just follow up.
Arrogance and lack of listening cost lives. Luckily not my family this time. Horrible doctor and will not be considered one in my book
