Dr. Otoole Listens well actually took time to talk to me and got me a 2nd opinion for my injury.
He shouldn't even be a doctor. He won't look people in the eyes . Not to mention that his nervous tic, because he doesn't like to listen to you. He will not look into my eyes while explaining what is going on. He wouldn't answer my questions. It was if I was on my own. Then he actually told me that I should look for another job. If I were a man, I would have told him off. I have since changed doctors. He needs to retire! My take was he does not care for his patients.
