Negligent billing practices - I would avoid this office at all costs. After weeks of visit and exams at this location, it was determined that my wife had to get surgery within 2 weeks. 16 hours before her scheduled surgery, someone calls and says we have to pay the full $13,000 or else no surgery. There was no such communication regarding payment requirements prior to the operation. Every person I talked to just passed the buck and blamed another department. No one took responsibility. It was simply come up with $13k in the next 16 hours or your wife’s bladder tumor goes untreated. Disgusting practices. EDIT: I brought this to the attention of multiple staff in multiple departments at the time, but it wasn’t until I left this Google review that someone reached out to me to resolve the issue. No follow ups, or proper diagnosis

Multiple visits, many antibiotics blindly no follow ups, hard to call the clinic. Assistant never answered the phone or even call back
