Once again, Dr. O'Neil, was practical, informative, and conveyed personal interest in my situation and condition, both presently and going forward. He also went out of his way to fit me into an already full schedule having no obligation to do so. I truly appreciate him.

Answered all questions in non medical terms.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Doctor O always makes my concerns seem important to address. Sets my mind at ease. Number 1 in my opinion. Top notch !

The customer service at this office is lacking. Takes them days to respond back when you call. After all the test I had done at this office, no one called me about any of the results. After two weeks, someone finally informed me. Its a shame a medical office is lacking in patient care, let alone common courtesy.

Excellent Doctor ! I owe my life to Dr. Neil and. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kevin O’NEIL is a wonderful Pulmonologist in my opinion. Over the last few years I’ve had more than one occasion that he pulled me out of a difficult health situation. He and his staff are very friendly and they care about their patients.

Communication here is lacking. Had test ran, no one called, and I had to call to get the results myself, two weeks later. Said they would send me a referral, and it took three days, and that was after my primary care doctor called them. Will not return.

Dr. O Neil, Maria Mastoras, and their staff are excellent! I have had them for 3 years. My care has been 5 star all the way! They care about their patients and it shows in the office, on the phone, or in surgery. I recommend them highly! Lauri Rogers

First - rate treatment. Dr O'Neil is thorough, explains everything clearly, and goes the extra yard to make sure that all details have been covered.

Excellent doctor!!!!! Very personable and knowledgeable. He understood all my concerns. He spent plenty of time with me and did not seem hurried at all.

He is caring, a good listener and has a sense of humor, which helps us all. He considers the life styles of his patients and makes recommendations for treatment that will work within their own ways while accomplishing the best outcome. I am very comfortable putting my health in his hands.
