I had to wait for 6 months for an appointment with Dr. Kevin Miller in order to discuss treatment for my insulin resistance due to PCOS. In the meantime, I went to my primary physician and asked him to start me on metformin which helps with the insulin resistance. After the initial visit and blood work (which he never looked at!), I was completely ghosted by Dr. Miller and his staff. I sent multiple messages through MyChart and called the office several times leaving messages because no one ever picked up. Would give 0 stars if I could. Also, this Doctor knows nothing about treating insulin resistance anyway. I looked over the visit notes he wrote and had added to my file and he put that metformin does not help with insulin resistance! Sure, Jan. I’d love to have him look at how far my insulin has dropped since I started the metformin but oh that’s right he can’t be bothered to do his job. Thanks for wasting my time, Dr. Miller!

I'm not sure how Dr.Miller has such a great review. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I initially saw him in June of last year, and he has literally forgotten about me since then. I have messaged him multiple times through my chart as well as called his office. I had a benign thyroid nodule (maybe he wasnt concerened) Only thing he did for me was refer me to surgery to have my thyroid removed. He even made a joke saying it would be nice to get your endo to call you back....not funny.Still don't know why though. Now he can't even return my messages on what to do after surgery. Very unprofessional TERRIBLE Endocrinologist. I would not trust him with my care or refer him to anyone. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Miller listens and takes my insights and knowledge seriously while we discuss my care. He always offers options, explains them thoroughly, and answers my questions in a way I can understand. He is the best endocrinologist I've ever had. As a Type 1 Diabetic for 45 years, that's saying something.

Awful... I always run out of it prescritions, and they NEVER are available to refill. NEVER can get a hold of the doctor. I call and they NEVER CALL BACK! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN LET SOMEONE RUN OUT OS THYROID HORMONE BEFORE THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT, AND THEN NOT BE AVILA LE TO REFILL....NOT CALL BACK...NOTHING!!!!!! THANKS!
