We have had overall very poor experiences with this office and bringing my son there. I can never get in touch with them when I need to. Our daycare requires order forms from the doctor to use an epi-pen if needed, and I called the office to have this form filled out. I was told I need to give them a week to fill it out and that my son needed an appointment for this. When I brought my son in they asked me why he was there for the appointment and did not have the form filled out. The doctor then incorrectly filled out the form and wrote an outdated/ incorrect allergy on the form and the wrong dose for his epi-pen. Luckily I caught the errors before leaving and had to have the doctor fix them. Just one of the many issues I've had there.

I was a patient here for a few years. Recently, the employment in the office has been a complete change over. The medical manager is the doctor's girlfriend, Patty, who has no medical training or experience. I have a high deductible insurance BUT always make monthly payments of 50.00 to 100.00. When this woman took over she told me that I needed to pay the bill up front which I knew was untrue. My next visit she again tried to bully me and tell me I had a copay which I do NOT with my high deductible insurance. I even called my insurance company to make sure I was not in the wrong with ANY of this. She then said she was going to add on interest to my account. Again something that is NOT legal with a medical bill. I left this office for one that is more professional. I continue to pay monthly payments to this office. I have not missed 1 monthly payment. When the bill comes in I send a payment of what I can afford. Never anything under 50.00. Apparently Patty finds this unacceptable. She called me and left me a message harassing me saying she is sending me to collection. Clearly she does not understand that I can give them 10.00 a month and she can say NOTHING. The bill is under 1000.00 which is NOTHING for a doctor's office yet I am still getting harassed. She wants to send me to collection go ahead they will STILL get 50.00 payments a month and NOTHING more. If she wants she can hear from my lawyer about harassment for a bill I am making payments on. On top of this she made fun of a patient that was in ear shot of other patients! Maybe if the office was more professional they wouldn't be in such dire need of money and would not have lost so many patients. My kids and I were patient in this place, after COVID, I have to cancel my daughter appointments at least 3 times because she was in quarantine, and another 2 because for her skin test she couldn’t take any antihistamine and I did, cause she got a really bad allergie, they decide not to see my daughter anymore because the missing appointment, so even though that I cancel ahead of time, they refuse not to make another appointment, which is bad, how can I bring my daughter when she was in quarantine from school, make no sense! Dr. McGrath explained how my allergies affect me. I didn’t know that was why I wake up in the middle of the night. His staff is efficient and kind. I highly recommend his practice.

Dr. McGrath and his staff are the best! Very friendly, accommodating, and Dr. McGrath does a very good job at explaining things to you.

Doc was very thorough;much more so than some other MDs I have seen. Very knowledgeable, and willing to listen and discuss options. Very patient oriented and remembers the person. Great personality Staff is awesome too. Very happy with all

Friendly atmosphere. Staff is great. Dr M is a very good doctor. Would give 5 stars, but he talks way too fast. Needs to slow down when giving important info.

I recommend you call to verify your appointment ahead because they bump you for someone else. They also tell you that your not allergic to anything but your having symptoms. He needs to go back to doctor school or surrender his fake medical license

I Am seeing doctor McGrath upon great reviews , definitely doesn't have a great review from me and the staff are very catty and talk about patients when they walk away not professional at all .

They are so friendly here. I come weekly and the nurses know my name, ask about my life, etc. Dr. McGrath is more thorough than other doctors I have been to and shows concern for his patients.

Dr. Kevin McGrath is a wonderful doctor, who at first can seem a little intimidating, but once you have your visit you realize he is extremely knowledgable and will do anything he can to make sure that you get the care you need. He is well versed in both adult and pediatric allergy and asthma medicine. Before giving a script if there are free samples available he will try you on them to see if the medication will help you so you don't have to spend a lot of money to find out that that medication isn't right for you. He is very willing to answer any and all questions and in a manner easy to understand and follow while still being technical. He will also be able to provide reading materials that are educational and factual so your not going online and finding and believing false information about a condition you may have. I was very impressed with my first experience there. The staff that greeted me were extremely sweet and helpful. I cut my finger by accident and I didn't even know Dr. Kevin McGrath or have seen him before so I was shocked to later find out that "the guy who cleaned up my cut and gave me a band-aid" was actually the doctor himself. After his staff brought me in, took my vitals and went through my history, Dr. McGrath came in. I found him to have a great bedside manner and was extremely thorough. He made me feel really relaxed and I was confident in his diagnostic skills. He took the time to make sure I understood what the next plan was with my care. Dr. McGrath and staff are friendly and pleasant. However, be prepared to have a recommendation to get allergy shots and lots of prescriptions (which will change each time you go in) and follow up visits regardless of how minor your allergies or asthma actually are. Also do not question his assessment of your condition or necessity of increasingly strong medications or he will get an attitude with you.

Very comfortable cozy office. The staff is very personable and makes you feel right at home. The office staff did everything they could for me to get me in right away. The nurses were very patient and friendly especially nurse Trish. I highly recommend this office.

Was told mixed messages by the doctor and the nurse. When I asked why the nurse said something different earlier the doctor suggested I go to a different allergist. Be careful that you confirm your information with both the nurse and the doctor.

I decided on visiting this office due to the great reviews across the board. Needless to say, I was not disappointed in my choice! When I arrived for my first appointment, there seemed to be an error and my appointment wasn't booked for some reason. Thankfully the WONDERFUL staff, particularly Melody Pagan (front desk) and Leann Apicella (office manager), were able to work their magic and get me seen anyhow on a fully booked day. THANK YOU Melody and Leann. Dr. McGrath is very knowledgable and has a wonderful personality and sense of humor. I'm appreciative that he took the time to actually listen and engage in conversation rather than just present my results, prescribe something, and send me on my way. Dr. McGrath is such a amazing doctor and so caring too. His entire staff is incredible as well. My son and I are very thankful that he is our Doctor! We highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and not a stuffy Dr.'s office. Not all questions/needs were addressed and explanations moved quickly leaving me a little overwhelmed. Started treating me for Asthma when nothing else was ruled out and all breathing tests were normal. He is a good Dr. but just make sure you re-ask questions and ask for clarification as needed.
