I have had a broken foot for several months now and visited this location several times. I haven't yet met the doctor that my appointments are with, just assistants whose work I assume he signs off on. My qualm is primarily over Premier's refusal to provide a referral/script so that I can use a 3rd party radiologist that is is actually covered by my insurance and in doing so lower my cost for healthcare. Premier can do X-rays in house but they are not in network for my insurance provider. There's nothing unique about these X-rays and they can be done anywhere. This has been a frustrating experience.

My 72 year old mother-in-law went in to see Dr Balotti and she was very disappointed. Waited 1 hour just to be brought into the room, then another 30 mins in the room. She then popped her head out to see what the delay was, she was met with aggravation. Dr Balotti finally came into the room and was cold. Clearly bothered and disturbed. Zero bed side manner. I don’t know if it was because my mother in law speaks broken English or if he wanted to go back and eat his lunch. Either way, we will be going to another office after that horrible visit. I felt very comfortable and well informed with his decision the door hip surgery . He explained everything and was extremely thorough .

I LOVE my new knee! Dr Mansmann gave me my life back. After a horrible partial knee replacement at a top “City” hospital Dr Mansmann did a revision and now I’m back to being active and pain free!

Dr Mansmann is one of the finest doctors I have had the privledge to know for 20 years now. He has cared for me and my family with great knowledge and compassion. He did a knee replacement for my mom a few years back and it was perfect! She has almost no scar. He really knows his field and you would be hard pressed to find anyone close to his experience. I highly recommend him. I have known him so long I consider him not only my orthopedist but a friend. I highly recommend him in a time when it is tough to find doctors who are as caring and personable as Dr Mansmann. His staff is also the best!

Dr. Mansmann and his staff are great!

I moved away and drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Mansmann. Only doctor I trust!

My husband, Vince, was Dr. Mansmann’s patient. After interviewing several surgeons for a knee replacement, we both agreed that we were in the right place. The office is run like a tight ship by Colleen giving you pre-op instructions and preparation to avoid infections. The surgery went well— operated at 8:00 am; 1:00 pm at PT and the next day PT and OT and on my way home by 4:00 pm. Continued through the bundled Premier Orthopaedic plan—receiving home PT for 3 weeks, then to Premier’s Physical Therapy facility in Paoli for 30 sessions. I now work out using the same instructions from Premier at a local gym. Feeling good—traveling and enjoying life more! We highly recommend Dr. Mansmann and his efficient staff. So much better then chester county orthopedic! Marisa answered when I called and she was so helpful and kind!! Got me taken care of and no surprises like at chester county!!!

I kept getting lost because it was my first time there. Got there supper late for my appointment and was afraid I would be met with attitude. On the contrary, the receptionist was so polite, leading to a nice experience with the doctor. I loved that he had the time to listen to me inspecting and explaining every concern.????????????

He takes as much time as I need to go over my problem/questions. He takes the time to make sure that he understands and addresses all of my concerns. If you need surgery, he's the best. I know this from past experience. Don't hesitate to see him!

Dr. Mansmann is the Best. Got my knee injection from Dr. Mansmann and it did not hurt one bit. Absolutely no pain. I had a bad experience from my ortho doctor that has retired recently, and those injections used to hurt so much. Thank you Dr. Mansmann for being a miracle man.

Dr. Mansmann has cared for our family (3 sons, my wife and I) orthopedic needs since 2005. He offers great care and encouragement. Was there this morning with #3 son for broken clavicle. We're so grateful to have found Dr. Mansmann.

I am very pleased so far with Dr. Mansmann. He listened to me, did not rush me. I waited no more then 5 minutes to see him. Left my appointment with a plan, feeling encouraged and a follow up visit scheduled.

Very bad . Made me wait for. 2 hrs. Spent 2 minutes . Did not examine me did nothing except taking copay

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The office staff are very friendly and efficient explaining the paperwork that needs to be completed prior to the office visit. Dr. Mansmann explained my MRI, provided options on surgery vs. no surgery and answered questions about what the surgery involved. I have had arthroscopic surgery done by Dr. Mansmann in the past with a positive outcome. He was able to see a tear that the radiologist missed.

I just can't say enough about Dr.Mansmann. I consider it a privilege to be his patient. He is caring, kind and an expert in his field. I have more confidence in him than any of my other physicians. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mansmann is an excellent surgeon! He is a kind, compassion man who truly cares about his patients. Dr. Mansmann gave me a total right hip replacement. I now have no hip pain and am extremely pleased with my decision to have him operate on me. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

I’m had foot surgery for a Jones fracture. Great result.

Phenomenal!!! After dealing with pain in my left knee for the past few years, I finally overcame my fear and sought treatment for my knee pain. I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Mansmann took the time to explain my treatment options to me, and gave me treatment. And I am already feeling improvement in my left knee. This is my second visit with Dr. Mansmann. The first visit was about my hip problem. He made right diagnosis and proscribed the proper treatment. Now I don't have any hip problem. This time is about my painful left knee due to sport injury. I had the x-ray in the office. He suggests physical therapy for one month and has MRI if not improved. Dr. Mansmann will come to see you right away when you are in the examine room, spend the time to answer your questions and suggest how to take care of your injury. He is an excellent doctor and cares about his patients. I would recommend him to my friends and families. In addition, his staffs in the office are very nice and efficient. I had a meniscus repair and a micro fracture procedure. Complete success on both. A year ago I couldnt walk far and had a bad limp. I highly recommend Dr. Mansmann. He has a very nice manner and found him to be and excellent doctor. I was quite happy with my choice. My surgery was a success.

Dr. Mansmann is amazing. Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly. He listens to the patient, answers questions thoroughly, and is extremely professional.

He helped me 18 years ago and when I stared to have knee trouble again, he was my only choice. I had no reason to look for anyone else, as he is the best!

Excellent care

I've had Dr. Mansmann for a total hip replacement (1/6/15), and arthroscopic repair of a complete rotator cuff tear in my shoulder (2/15/18). The hip recovery has been just fine. The shoulder is now getting better after over 3 months, and I was not told that up to 6 months (or more) might be necessary to recover. However, Dr. Mansmann said he also found a bicep muscle tear that he did not repair, which might have been more invasive with minimal benefit (for which I thank him).

I would highly recommend dr Mansmann for his outstanding experience in his specialty Also his credentials are exceptional. Office is very friendly and the wait time has always been within reason. Dr Mansmann does not rush you and has a very nice demeanor unlike many orthopedic surgeons. I also especially like that you see only the dr not a PA who usually act like the dr without the knowledge. This doctor and all his staff deserve a 5 star rating!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Mansmann for a few years. He has been the best orthopedic and the office staff is the best. I just had arthroscopic surgery on my knee and the whole experience was great. He explains everything that he is going to do. That is so comforting. I highly recommend Dr Mansmann.

Dr. Mansman and his staff are caring and efficient. They are the best. I had a total right hip replacement several years ago and everything is great. I have moved out of the area and I will go back to them even if I move to California.

I find Dr. Mansmann to be an excellent surgeon. His knowledge of his specialty always impresses me. I like that he explains procedures, imparts both positive and negative of what he is going to do as well as what he expects you as a patient to complete inorder to achieve success. The staff are very friendly, professional. They make you feel like a person that they truly care for and about . Your welfare is their priority. I personally highly recommend the doctor and his staff.

Office staff is incompetent. Billing was miss repeatably handled. Appointments and the results were forgotten, records were lost. Minimalist approach to treatment. This experience was a waste of time and money.

My visit to Dr. Mansmann was as a result of a full thickness rotator cuff tear. He repaired it brilliantly and restored my range of motion to 100%. He and his staff are very caring and his bedside manner is excellent!

Terrific clinician. Very thorough. Utterly dedicated to superb surgery prep and post op care. I will recommend him to everyone. Really a great, great doctor.

Dr. Mansmann was very highly recommended to me by several of his former patients. He had several great ideas for me as far as PT and joining the Y. He wasn't pushy about surgery, instead waiting for me to say the word. What I didn't like was my insurance company not covering enough so I could actually have him do my surgery!

I believe he was up front and honest with me from the beginning. He did an excellent job on my bilateral knee replacements. In one week it will be 6 months since surgery and i am up and around and back at work. It is taking longer than i expected to fully recover, but i am 73 years old do not expect to heal like a 30 year old. The operation went very well and i was very impressed on how insignificant the scarring turned out. I would recommend Dr. Mansmann to anyone.
