Office staff was very professional. Dr. Lunde took the tie to explain the entire process he was going to do and made sure I understood.

You will not believe what happened a few days after my mother went to see Dr. Lunde for a regular hearing aid check up. My mother was visiting me from out of town and had been complaining that her right hearing aid wasn’t working. An acquaintance recommended him. I did a quick Google review check and thought he was good enough to be seen by my precious mother. Dr. Lunde supposedly examined both ears and clean out the right one. He also recommended to switch out her domes (flexible silicone tip) that protects the speaker for a Thin-Acoustic-Tube (not sure of the correct name). Days afterwards, Mom thought she had some thing inside her ear. I had her takeoff her hearing aid and I turned on the flashlight from my phone to exam inside. OMG!!! Dr. Lundy left the flexible silicone tip in her ear, the one he was supposedly cleaned. I was LIVID???? thank goodness I was able to take it out immediately utilizing tweezers. Most people would have called immediately to their office and complaint, right. I thought I’d wait a few days to call myself down. This took place in 2022 and every time they bill my Mom, which is a small amount. I cringe. I hope this review helps anyone who’s looking for a specialist of this type. Google reviews like this one help out ***For Dr. Lunde’s office - every patient that walks through that door should be treated with exceptional service, you never know who’s going to take the time to write a review like this one

Dr Lunde is very likable and a good listener. He takes time to hear about all my symptoms and prescribe meaningful solutions.

Arrived at my appointment time. Did not even have time to file out a minimal amount of paperwork before being called back. Really appreciate an office and physician who respects my time. Every member of the staff was incredible friendly and polite and the physician was very through and even explained to me an ENT condition I did NOT have but was just curious about! COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER AND MORE SATISFIED!! 5 STARS!

Excellent Practice, Doctor and Staff. My wife just finished up a minor office procedure to remove two moles she had on her face for YEARS! Fantastic results. Earlier this year Dr. Lunde diagnosed and provided me with the best possible surgical references and stayed up with the Medial team and me during a difficult surgery for cancer of the Parotid gland on my face. I have been seeing Dr. Sarah for about three years and she has always improved my hearing. My last. Visit was to to check my hearing aids but when I told her that I was having trouble with a certain sound range, conducted a hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids accordingly and my hearing is so much better. Thank you Dr. Sarah.

The office was nice enough to get me in quickly, as I'd had an emergency situation.

I received a rhino/septoplasty from Dr. Lunde in 2015 and I’m going to get a revision rhinoplasty in the near future. I was 18 when I got it so I don’t feel I was stern enough about what I wanted but I still think what he did to my nose is unacceptable. My breathing never got better and the overall “look” of my nose makes me so upset. It’s crooked ,uneven and I hate looking at my nose everyday. I cannot wait to get this fixed from someone else. I don't know why it took me so long to write a review. Dr. Lunde performed a rhinoplasty on me November 2013. I had about 3 other consults with other surgeons and went with Dr. Lunde because he by far spend the most time with me explaining everything and what he could do for me. He gave me realistic expectations. The results were great and recovery wasn't bad. I really don't have one bad thing to say. Absolutely recommend. I been having ear infections for the past 6 months now, not mention that my hearing went down a little bit and I was avoiding going to an Ent Dr because I have no insurance. Finally I made up my mind to go no matter what and on the phone they provided me the most reasonable prices. Got to my appointment find very friendly staff and very professional team and Dr!!! And most of all very affordable, just a little bit over a hundred (in my case) Don't wait too long, call them today instead of looking for cheap options when you can resolve your issue. Great staff, great service, great experience highly recommend.

I went to the ER due to my chronic tonsillitis and having an abscess in my throat. Dr. Lunde was assigned ENT while I was admitted. He was very gentle and patient with me. After not being able to drain the abscess due to the location in my mouth, he waited another day to see my progress with antibiotics and steroids, instead of taking the shortcut and doing the procedure again. He visited me everyday in my room and made sure I was doing ok. Kudos for caring for his patients! I definitely recommend Dr.Lunde! I'm truly happy I have found an amazing ENT! Dr. Kevin Lunde is the best doctor to go to if You really want to get proper treatment. He is very professional, and has a great bedside manner. Along with his nurses they are very professional and very caring and they get back with you in a timely manner. I have struggled with vertigo, hearing loss, sinus problems and with Dr. Lunde and his team I have been able to overcome several medical issues and start to feel confident about myself again! Incredible service. Both times I’ve been I have been in/out in under an hour and that’s even with the cutting,reforming, and stitching of my cauliflower ear. On top of being incredibly time efficient they had more than fair pricing. Hopefully I don’t have anymore cauliflower ear, but If I do I wouldn’t go to anyone else in DFW! Side note: my ear looks and feels great. The recovery time was a breeze. No complications whatsoever Incredible service. So I I’ve had issues with my ear for the past eight weeks. I was having ear drainage, pain, ringing, and had trouble hearing. I don’t have an ear drum so these were all red flags and I hadn’t experienced this before. I had gone to an ENT and all he wanted to do was surgery and didn’t listen to my concerns and symptoms and didn’t even look in my ear extensively. I had gone to Primacare and the doctor said you just have wax and gave me antibiotics. Symptoms didn’t get better and I finally found Dr Kevin Lunde. He listened, looked in my ear with a tube- like device and we found the problem! Dr. Lunde is very knowledgeable, and explains all problems and procedures. His staff Is caring and helped us feel comfortable. We can never thank them enough for finding a rare cancer and referring us to top Baylor Oncologists. We have been seeing him for 2 years and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice.

I had visited them back in 2014 when I was told I have a deviated septum. I have been putting this off for a while but i finally called into the office recently to gather some basic information (typical process, lengthy of surgery, recovery time etc) so I could start planning for a septum repair surgery in the short future. someone called me the next day telling me that I need to schedule a consultation visit to get evaluated since they hadn't seen me in a long time. After a lot of hold time and trying to explain why I was calling I finally hung up. Had a vague message from the nurse after a while mentioning something about insurance coverage and scheduling an appointment. If the office administration is not able to understand and answer a patients basic query I am not sure what to expect if I truly decide to go thru with the surgery with their practice ? Either they are incompetent or want to push patients for unnecessary consultation visits. I am not interested in wasting 2 hours and cop-pay to gather basic information that someone call tell me in 5 minutes on the phone. I would be seeking treatment somewhere else in such a case. I was diagnosed with an acute swimmers ear, which doesn’t sound bad, but caused the most pain I have experienced in an injury/sickness thus far. Toughed it out for 4 days and reluctantly gave in to seek out professional help. First, I tried the VA (I am a veteran), if course that always falls through. Secondly, I paid 170 dollars out of pocket and went to Concentra in Plano just to be told the things I had already tried, again useless. Finally, a friend brought me to Dr. Lunde, within 10 minutes he had me fixe up to where the antibiotic ear drops would reach the infection in my ear that had swollen itself completely shut. Within 24 hours the swelling in my face and ear canal reduced significantly after only getting worse the previous 4 days. Not only that, but I paid (with no insurance) a portion of what Concentra or Care Now charges. I highly recommended Dr. Lunde. Thanks for your kindness! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lunde. He did my septum surgery and I have used him for fillers (Kayla). Caring, patient, excellent doctor. I also was evaluated and purchased hearing aids from him. Dr. Sarah Pope is incredible...she's the best!

There are a couple of nurses that are very rude on his staff. This ruins the whole experience. They are rude to you wheb the Dr is not there. These nurses should address their anger management issues someplace else, and not take it out with the patients.. they are supposed to be nice and friendly. The Dr is loosing money with this, as all their patients are noticing it and looking for better overall experiences...

Dr. Lunde is the best ENT out there. He removed my daughters tonsils and adnoids and he was very informative about the whole process and made me feel so safe with him taking care of our baby girl. He is highly recommended on our personal perspective. He is relatable and our daughter was laughing all the way to the operating room. No experience whatsoever. Dr. Lunde asked one question, look at my throat, my nose, and ear just like my general doctor does every time I go for my physical. He asked one question and instruct his stuff to proceed with the treatment. Took almost one week to obtain my results, I had to call 3 times. The stuff was no longer pleasant or friendly.

Saw Dr. Lunde in 2009 due to having a hard time breathing. I told him that I felt like the upper left of my sinus was collapsing. He told me it was my deviated septum. Asked him to do an x-ray before surgery but he said you can not see cartilage on a scan. Problem was still there after septum surgery. Had to sch a 2nd surgery for stints. Now 7 years later still not able to breathe and found out from new ENT that the cartilage has fallen and is stuck on the inside of my nose blocking the passage.

May experience with Dr Lunde and with his audiology department has been a very professional and rewarding experience. I was and have been treated in a prompt professional manner. I highly recommend Dr. Lunde and his staff for any hearing needs.
