Terrible. He pretty much told me that instead of having mental health issues that I’ve been diagnosed with for almost 20 years, I needed a lifestyle change. He told me I needed to change my work schedule or get a new job. He also asked if I lived with my boyfriend or husband and when I said no, he said, “oh, so you don’t have any other responsibilities besides work.” He also suggested changing my medication, that had been working for years for no reason. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a medical provider.

Excellent in every area. Alerted me early to prostate and skin problems. In both cases, likely saved my life as I did have stage 1 prostate cancer and was on the verge of melanoma. That's been 9 years ago and I still see him regularly for all my general medical care.

Dr. Lanclos is excellent! He goes above and beyond to give the best care to his patients. Again, thank you and your team for always taking care of me.

Dr. Lanclos is great! He has been the PCP for both my father (now departed) and my mother (93 years old). He remembers every personal detail of my mum and dad, just like doctors of times gone by. We love Dr. Lanclos and his staff and, as my mum’s caretaker, I would be completely lost in caring for her dementia and other health concerns, without him. Dr. Lanclos is great! Dr. Lanclos has been my physician for about 20 years. He is always encouraging and takes time to listen. His diagnoses are spot on, and his treatments have always been effective. The depth and breadth of his medical knowledge is impressive, but he always makes it plain to the layperson. I hope he never quits; I don't think I could find his equal.
