Never met or seen the actual Dr. The PNP that comes out to the house is surly and acts like every visit is a great inconvenience. The office staff doesn't relay messages 75% of the time. I know this as I have left 4 messages at 4 different times and only one was routed to the nurse. Very poor communication, have asked for advance notice of schedule several times. Only got 1 week advance notice the first month, for 3 months got a call the day before. Last month, no notice at all. Nurse showed up to house while I was at another appt. Then had me calling to talk to the office manager to try and find out what happened! Seriously, it was and has been ridiculous dealing with these people. I wish I could find another home care physician in my insurance group 😕

Jackson is tired of being a DR. He allows his 'nurse' to run his practice. She is very rude and id you do not treat her like she is a queen you do not get to see the DR. She controls access to the Dr and what information he gets. Her medical records are incomplete and sloppy. Often omitting vital data. Do not use this practice if you want medical care.

Great doctor, great practice, they make housecalls! Really appreciate the doctor coming to the house and he does a great job

I would highly recommend this doctor so personable, friendly, very smart highly intelligent compassionate wish he would of stayed in Canada... Please come back to Canada Dr. Jackson
