today was a great and fast appointment everyone is still very kind per usual.

I have been calling for 2 months to get my foster daughters braces scheduled and every time I call I get the run around with different information that their "schedule isn't out yet". A waste of time.

You wont find a friendlier, professional, experienced, Ortho around, I highly recommend dr Ison, 3 kids and 18 yrs!!

Staff is unbelievably ill-informed and rude. They schedule appointments for the wrong location and discuss your financial account in earshot of others (when they’ve made a mistake but blame you). Without fail, there’s a MINIMUM wait time of 30 min., even when you’re on time. It’s very difficult to schedule an appt., they expect you to pull your child out of school. And the orthodontist doesn’t tell you how your child's treatment is going, they rely on your teenager to give that info.

Dr. Ison and office staff were very friendly. My daughter was nervous about getting braces. They made her feel very comfortable and confident that she is going to have that perfect smile.

Love Dr.Ison! He is so gentle and will give the best honest advice so nothing unnecessary is done.
