Dr. Kevin P Henzel

Dr is good but the Memorial network is painful to deal with. It says online he is accepting new patients but he is not. The office staff is curt and often the nurses won’t call you back.

Thought with the great reviews and a family member recommending him I'd go to this doctor after a nightmare doctor before this. Been going for 7 months and have gotten no where. Some of the staff is very nice and friendly, others are rude. Had to call 3 times to remind for a referral. They completely forgot my husbands so he just gave up. Dr henzel is mostly nice but a little condescending. Made me feel like I was annoying for having a issue I wanted him to fix. I don't see the hype honestly. He is good about sending to specialist. Dr Henzel is great. He stays informed and is a good listener. Staff is also great!

Couldn't ask for a more attentive and dedicated doctor. Never feel rushed through and takes time to explain anything I ask. I've recommended him over & over and will continue to do so. BEST doctor hands down!! Thanks for the dedication to the job!!!

I am sixty-three years old, and have had several primary care doctors over the years, but Dr. Henzel is far and away the finest doctor I have ever had. Outstanding!

Dr Henzel was my grandparents doctor and great to work with. We highly trusted him to do well in a challenging situation of which he did so. He cared for them both until their passing in their late 80s/early 90s. My family would still be going to him when needed had we not moved across the state.

Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors I have been privileged to meet. Dr. Henzel treated me as if I was a family member during all my meetings with him. Dr. Henzel is extremely talented and undoubtedly one of the best in the medical profession.

Dr. Henzel has been both a friend and health care provider to me in the past. He is always very polite and professional, as well as willing to spend as much time as necessary in order to ensure I am comfortable prior to leaving the office. I HiGHLY recommend him as a health care professional.

I have been his patient since he treated my Mother years ago. He was so caring and kind to her, she always came out saying she just loved him and that he reminded her of her grandson. When Dr. Henzel had to deliver some bad news to me, he say right beside me and explained every step. He continues to be a very big part of my medical decisions. Dr Henzel is the best dr I have ever had! I have had him for about 14 years and I now drive over an hour just to see him! He listens and does as much as he can in one appointment so I don’t have to make so many trips there. He is very understanding and helpful and gets me in right away, I also don’t have to wait long in the waiting room or the patient rooms To see him. I highly recommend him to everyone! Dr. Henzel was my parents doctor, is my husband's doctor, was his mothers doctor and has been mine for over 15 years. He has been an exceptional doctor and has helped my family with all our medical needs. Myself, I am very picky and only go when I have to but I know when I go he is respectful to me and my time of our visit. I never feel rushed or that he is not concerned with my needs. I have be seeing Dr Henzel as my doctor for several years now. Always caring and thorough.

My husband and I are both see Dr. Henzel. He is a very good doctor, takes time to listen, he is caring and compassionate. He is quick to let you know if your bloodwork or any other tests indicate you have problems. We have referred others to him when they have indicated they are looking for a doctor.

I've been seeing Dr Henzel for years and will never want a different doctor. He has taken care of me with all kinds of ailments, with this last one that is an end of life disease. I found out not long ago that he is the hospice care doctor as well and this really puts my mind at ease because I know for a fact that he will not let me suffer, which was my wish. I know Dr Henzel very well when I say he will never give up on a patient. He is a great guy who will listen to you and help you how ever he can to get you back on the path of healing. God willing, Dr Henzel will be my doctor for the rest of my life. One other thing. I have trust issues when it comes to seeing doctors in general. So trust me when I say Dr Henzel is a very trustworthy doctor who knows what he's doing.

I don't understand why he only has 4 and one half stars. He's a true professional. Mywife and I have been going to him for Number of years now. He has always been right to the point and spot on with his diagnosis. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care.

Our family has seen Dr. Henzel for many years. He was amazing helping my husband, who has many of the COVID 19 risk factors, in making sure he was cared for during this unusual time. He also cared by my elderly mom during her final years and was there for her (and us) to the very end.

Have been a patient for years. He takes time to evaluate condition and explain information. Cares about patient well being.

On a different note .. this office , I cannot recommend . Out of all of the ladies that work up front , there’s only been one or two that have given me or anybody else the light of day . The rest act very entitled & like it’s a bother that you need ANYTHING . I have nothing but High praise for Dr Henzel and his Office Staff as well. Since I travel a lot with my job and I have been around the block with several Dr's in the past. His systematic approach to problems is great and his bedside manner is excellent. He listens to all aspects of the situation and takes a great approach.

He has been my Doctor for 13 years. I have multiple health issues and he is very good at trying to figure out my best plan of care. I would highly recommend him!

My mom and I are both patients of Dr. Henzel. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE him. He is so patient, calm, explains everything thoroughly. I would never go to another doctor. His office staff is also on top of things. I often need medications for my mom, and there is never a delay in getting a prescription sent. Everyone there is just AMAZING! and does their job very thoroughly.

I saw Dr. Henzel for many years, and have a variety of health issues. He is the most caring, thorough, and kind medical professional I have ever encountered. His medical knowledge is unsurpassed. Marysville is so fortunate to have him, as his expertise and demeanor would be an asset to any hospital in the country. I have relocated to another state, and I can certainly say that I MISS DR. I've been his patient since shortly after he came to Marysville. I am 100% satisfied with the care I have received over the years & will continue to go to him. He is very up to date on medicines, diseases, etc. & has a top notch bedside manner. My entire family actually goes to him as well.
