BEWARE: The Dr. done good job, but it was not disclosed anywhere about the cost of the ex-ray and was not ask or told about the added cost. Also when I paid and received the bill there was a charge for COVID - 19 Protective Equipment when asking about it was told it is a charge to everyone, again not disclosed anywhere until the bill was paid. Called billing department today and no answer / no voicemail option. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Everyone at this office is great. I would highly recommend them.

All went well - Dr. Gross had a great 'bed-side manner' - He seemed very competent!

The staff and Dr took very good care of my grandson by putting him at ease so he wouldn't be afraid. They understand how to take care of Special Needs patients.

Had a wisdom tooth removed. I can not believe the lack of pain I experienced.

VERY LIKELY, THEY GOT ME IN AS AN EMERGENCY, AND THEY WHOLE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND CARING. TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM.

Wonderful care & service

I wish they offered nitrous oxide for tooth extractions. It would make the experience less traumatic.

Did not expect the ease of which my dental work went. Kevin and his assistant are the best dental professionals i have had the pleasure to meet. No pain whatsoever beginning, during, and after procedures. Like it never happened. Thanks much for your expertise and personality.

I was terrified to have two extractions. Dr. Gross explained everything and calmed me down. He was gentle and I was shocked at how quickly it was over. I feel silly at how apprehensive I was. He was amazing.

I would recommend Dr. Gross. He is very personable and likable! I was totally informed on the procedure and given a chance to ask questions. I felt that I was in good hands, and I was! The staff was also professional and made you feel welcome.

Had 3 teeth cut out June 25 Kevin put me to sleep. He did a wonderful job did not have to take nothing for pain . I recommend him to anyone . I would not go nowhere else thank you

Would have been nice to have received a cost estimate for total completed implant procedure. Had no idea that $2,000 had to be paid to another dentist to complete the procedure. Would have avoided bone graft cost if I knew a rough total cost of implant.

He was very thorough in explaining the procedure, symptoms after the surgery, and complications that could occur. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. I had no problems after my surgery and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kevin Gross has done two extractions. Actually, had an extraction today. He is very thorough and answers any and all questions you may have. He has a great bedside manner and puts you at ease. His office staff and assisting staff are all incredible sweet. I would recommend Dr. Gross to anyone. The IV sedation puts me at ease.

The care of all of the staff was great. I had a slight complication with an extraction and had to call after hours. Dr. Gross was very understanding of my concerns and put me at ease. My mother has been thinking of having some dental work done and I would certainly recommend Dr. Gross and the staff to her.

He explained the procedure to my understanding and also explained the possible down sides.

He did a great job with the numbing. I only felt a little pressure when he was pulling my wisdom tooth out. I’d gladly go back to him. He’s great.

It is always good to meet a Godly man when you are doing business together and his service was very gentle I will gladly recommend him to my friends

My visit with Dr. Kevin Gross was extremely pleasant! I had a tooth extracted and he, along with his staff, was very professional and thorough. He informed me of each procedure done prior to performing it and was very gentle and kind! I have had teeth extracted in the past by other dentists, but my visit with Dr. Gross was, by far, the best! I would highly recommend Dr. Gross and his entire staff! Great job!

I had a really good experience with dr Kevin gross any his beautiful assistant they were both so nice and caring and treat you good they listen to your complaints and find the best solution to fix them I will be returning there for future dental work for sure also the pretty hind girl at the front I think her name is heaven she’s excellent and does a wonderful job everyone in the building does such an amazing job I will be recommending people there

I used Dr. Gross several years ago and was very pleased. When my son needed to have 2 teeth pulled, I was happy to be able to choose Dr. Gross for this procedure as well. All went well, and we were both very happy with the outcome. The office even called later that day to check on my son and see how he was doing after his extraction! The doctor and staff are wonderful!

I absolutely love Dr. Kevin and his staff!! They were so accommodating and helpful when I had my implant surgery..

I was nervous about my wisdom removal, but Dr. Gross was very kind and made me feel at ease. He had my tooth removed in no time! Would definitely go back to him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Gross; he was very kind & professional, He explained every step of the procedure & when I had to return to have some bone spurs filed down, he was just as nice as the first time. I will definitely be back.

I haven't ever had an extraction done until I scheduled this appointment to have a badly broken tooth removed. The procedure was very straight forward and relatively painless. The procedure ended up being a lot quicker than anticipated and the healing process has gone so smoothly. I cannot thank Dr. Kevin Gross and his staff enough for such a great experience. I would 100% reccommend!

Dr. Gross and his staff made an unpleasant and painful experience a whole lot less so by their friendly and caring attitudes along with their professional dexterity. In other words, my wife was right in recommending them to me.

Dr. Gross and the staff are the best. We have a special needs son that needed wisdom teeth removed and they treated him with respect, but with sensitivity to his needs. They are exceptional!

He was great my 6yr old daughter went in with her ear torn from her earring he did a wonderfull job we are verry pleased with the staff and their kindness

Wow !! What a fantastic experience. Dr. Gross performed a no hassle extraction (had to cut tooth out). Believe me, not as bad as it sounds. Quick, easy, painless. Awake the whole time. A big thank you to Dr. Gross and his friendly, courteous, professional, ever so beautiful staff.

My dentist highly recommended Foothills Oral Surgery. I have used Foothills 3x and the staff is great, and Dr Kevin Gross is excellent. I would highly recommend Foothill Oral Surgery. If you live in the East TN area and you need to use a oral surgeon have your dentist to refer you, or call and make an appointment, it will be worth time and visit. I would give 10 stars!!

I was in and out very quickly. Im still in alot of pain after day 5 but i am very happy to have had a very great oral surgen!

Well, I think he did a great job considering I was unconscious. Haha!!!. I really haven't had any discomfort after the first day so I think he did an awesome job!!!!

Dr. Kevin Gross was very thorough explaining how he would handle my tooth extraction. I felt confident with him and knew I was in good hands. The procedure was quick and virtually painless . I was given very helpful information about my post care. Dr. Gross also explained what my future options would be for additional dentistry and the costs involved.
