Dr. Kevin L Gietzen

Dr. Gietzen is an awesome Dr. He is very knowledgeable in his field! He explains everything on a patients level and is great at answering questions. He is a very friendly and kind Dr. He will also contact a patient with concerns himself in a timely fasion. I would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience! Went to 3 other ENTs prior to Dr. Gietzen, and none could/would help or referred elsewhere. I finally have a peace of mind with Great Lakes ENT.

Very pleased overall with my experience with the office of Great Lakes Ear Nose and Throat specialists. Evey visit was very pleasant with a happy staff. Dr Gietzen is just as pleasant. Wait times for appointments we either on time or a bit early, so that was a big plus. All in all, I wish all Dr.s were like Dr. Gietzen.

Dr Geitzen was just wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He answered any questions patiently and explained the procedure in full. I would 100% recommend him!!

Always very prompt always explains everything very clearly - he should run a school for other Doctors in how to run a practice !

Dr. Kevin Gietzen is the best. If your are in the need for an ent, check out Great Lakes ear nose and throat first. The staff is awesome as well. Very friendly

I have gone to Dr. Gietzen for several issues, with all great results. All staff and building were outstanding! I just had my follow-up visit for nasal surgery! Everything was fantastic ????

I was very pleased with the entire staff. Everyone was very professional and curtious. Dr Gietzen took his time with my exam and explained his treatment plan to me so I fully understood what was going on with my sinuses and the steps we were going to take to correct them.

Dr. Gietzen is a true professional and explained my options in great detail and answered my questions before I even asked them. Highly recommend him!

Very satisfied, did not have to wait very long, everyone was very professional, doctor was pleasant, talked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable.

Took a while to get the first appointment. During the appointment, Dr. Gietzen explained what he suspected and the proposed treatment in simple easy to understand terms. Second appointment was easy to schedule in the recommended return timeline.

I was out of town for my daughter’s birthday when I got a very painful peritonsillar abscess. The ER referred me to Dr. Gietzen at 4am and I was able to be seen that day at 11:20am. I also thought it was really nice that they have a second location 40 miles away in Gaylord. The Gaylord office was full and I thought it’s really wonderful he came to them instead of all those patients having to drive to Petoskey. The care I received was wonderful and I appreciate the second location he set up to help his patients, a very kind and thoughtful Dr. I was out of town for my daughter’s birthday when I got a very painful peritonsillar abscess. Dr. Gietzen has been wonderful to work with in trying to get to the bottom of an on-going issue. He listens well and is thoughtful in his approach to getting to a resolution. His staff are all upbeat and helpful. A well-run and caring organization.

Dr. G. and his staff are great. They are all super friendly and really care about you, as a person, not just a patient. I had a small piece of wax that was pressing on my ear drum and Dr. G removed it with no pain and now I can hear again without the sounds of "water whooshing" when I swallow. I feel much better. We saw Dr. GIETZEN AND HIS STAFF TODAY FOR MY HUSBAND'S INJURY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY GOT US IN ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS AND WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THAT.

Dr Gietzen was on time and very good at his treatment of Vertigo. Very happy with him as a provider. I would highly recommend him.

Extremely hard to book and appointment with this Doc. Hard to talk to someone to actually book and most of the time you need to leave a message that does not get answered? He is now booked until the ed of November and it is early August? He also double books patients and has multiple offices I was told because he likes it that way?? No wait list for patients who need to see him with all your tests and information in hand? I gave this 5 stars because people need to know this. Shame on this Doc and he is not worth MY time.

I was quite satisfied with the Dr, clinic, and care. I highly recommend this place.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gietzen. He is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand your issues and whatever procedure is needed. He provided a short video explaining septoplasty which really helped put me at ease. I am very confident in him and he and the staff are so kind!!
