Thank God the Universe for Dr Duke. My step son has been struggling (since I met him as a child) with finding the right diagnoses/medication. He is now 18. Today he'd seen Dr Duke and has been on cloud nine ever since. He has never been so happy to feel NORMAL! He wants to cry! (I said go for it but you know, teenagers!) Thank you so much Dr Duke. He's never been treated so kindly and understanding by a doctor. And to FINALLY help us with the underlying issue is so amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! P.s. I started seeing Dr Duke for primary care about 10 years ago. Since that time I have gotten my wife to change her doctor and my adult kids to go to him as well. He takes the time to listen to all your complaints and get to know you. He doesn't rush the appointment and has great bedside manner. He doesn't just throw a pill your way, but also recommends other treatment, habit changes, and therapies that will help a problem. You feel like family when you are under his care.

I travel an hour and a half because he is clear and proficient and leaves no room for over thinkers. He is a great physician. I trust the decisions he makes.

Dr. Duke and Dr. Barnes are both great doctors. Willing to listen to you and help you. Both are very knowledgeable guys.

Dr Kevin Duke is by far the best doctor in the Cache Valley area. He is kind and caring. I am 100% satisfied with his diagnosis and treatment plans.

I am very grateful I am a patient of Dr. Duke! He is an amazing, caring, kind, Doctor, (and Man), and Professional! As a RN and a patient of Dr Duke, I have nothing but praise for him and his office staff. I find him to be thorough, kind, compassionate and very easy to communicate with. I have worked alongside him in the hospital as a staff nurse and on many occasions he has come to communicate, comfort, listen, and just sit at the bedside with his patients, and no this is not the ‘required’ MD visit, this is Dr Duke coming on his own time to do all of the above. Dr Duke is a gem.

I absolutely love Dr Duke and his staff!! They are so kind and Dr Duke listens without judgement. He has really helped me an I absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a kind, compassionate and professional Dr. He knows his stuff and I really trust him!

I went in for medication changes to help with some depression I’ve been having. Dr duke listened to me and made me feel very comfortable about having depression. Also gave me hope by stating “we will figure it out- don’t worry”

Didn’t have to wait got in early ??

Although I am not a patient I came into this practice and was treated rudely by Dr. Duke and the other doctors and staff at this office. Although I wasn’t a patient I will now not ever be one or recommend this office to anyone.

Doctor Duke has a way of making each patient feel like they are the most important patient he has, which is very comforting during illness.

I always feel at home there and Dr Duke cares and is the most personable doc around. Over the yearsin his office ihave laughed and cried. He really does care.

The BEST family practice in the state. DR. Duke is very personable, down to earth and caring, his staff is great also. They all make you feel comfortable, welcome, and they take there time with you to address questions and concerns. I'd personally drive across the state to DR. Duke and his staff to take care of my health needs.

Dr. Duke takes time to genuinely listen, discuss, and address your medical concerns. If you want a medical professional who treats you as a valued individual then Dr. Duke would be a good fit for you.

I have a complicated health history with multiple health conditions. He’s the first doctor that is able to treat me for all of it with ease, confidence, legitimate knowledge, and compassion for me as a person rather than As just another patient. Highly recommend him!

Dr Duke actually listens to his patients. He withholds judgement and he doesn’t act like he knows more than you do about your own life experiences. He straight up asks you what you think. Guess who else did that to me previously? My father. My father was a very smart and successful man. My father used to ask me what I thought about him purchasing this or that piece of ground, building, subdivision, etc—even though I was still a teenager at the time. Having a doctor who actually listens to you and who takes your concerns seriously can make the difference between life and death. I’m as impressed with doctor duke as I ever have been with any doctor. And that’s saying a lot—trust me.

An Awesome Visit. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. Dr Duke is a professional in every way and very knowledgeable in health issues. Makes you feel important and listens to your concerns and offers sound advise, is kind and gives you the time you need. Very short wait times as well

Dr. Duke is the most caring and empathetic health care provider I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Dr. Duke is a stud and a down to earth caring person. He’s wonderful and great at what he does. 5 stars for De. Duke but 4 stars due to the fact it’s several weeks or a month out before you can get in to schedule an appointment and out of the blue last year stopped accepting select med insurance. Not sure why because it’s one of the more common insurance organizations in Utah.

I have a monthly blood test. The staff is great. I would recommend Provident Family Medicine to anyone looking for a doctor. Dr. Duke takes the time and makes you feel like a person and not just another number.

We have been well served by Dr. Duke and his staff. They were always sympathetic, kind, and able to meet our needs. I only regret our insurance will not cover our visits with them any longer.

I came basically for an update to my prescriptions and refills. I also received a pneumonia shot. I visited with Dr. Duke about my anxiety and my recent weight gain. Blood work was done to check my TSH and all the results were normal. I would like to be able to discuss other reasons for my recent and rapid weight gain. I realize that I am getting older and my hormones are changing but I haven't increased my eating and I gained 12 pounds in 6 months. I know my anxiety and the stress level I am under right now are probably some of the cause but I would like to have some kind of help with my weight.

Dr. Duke has been treating our family for over 15 years. He has consistently been available for regular appointments and emergency situations. He has a positive outlook, explains things thoroughly, and makes each individual feel like they are important to him. We recently have moved farther away, but continue to go to him as our primary doctor because of his skills and attitude!

It was a follow up visit. Dr Duke was efficient in understanding my progress and recommending further help to resolve the issue. He is patient and relaxed about giving me his time to listen to all concerns I have expressed to him. He is a phenomenal Dr. I am happy to put my care in his hands.

Kevin is a good listener and demonstrates a desire to assist in improving your health. After I ask the questions on my mind, he always asks if I have any others, which I appreciate very much. He appears to stay current on the medical journals, as he readily shares information he’s recently read.

Personable with a lot of common sense.

Dr duke is amazing! So friensly and willing to listen and help find a solution that works for you. My kids adore him and he always makes them laugh!

My whole family loves Dr. Duke. My insurance kicked him off for some reason and I was unable to see him for about a year. We were heartbroken. We think you would be pleased with the excellent care and the entire staff at this office. We have been with these doctors for years and find them very competent. We have known Dr. Kevin Duke for over 15 years. In that time, he has been a wonderful and caring health provider to me and members of 3 generations of our family. He is always very personable and goes out of his way to assure that we have received every opportunity for relief and comfort as our situation might require. He explains medical terminology so that we can easily understand and has been available, even after office hours, to assist us in times of urgent need.

I have recommended Dr. Duke to several of my friends. He is very friendly, thorough, and kind. What more could you ask for? Staff is friendly and supportive.

Dr. Duke is a great listener, has a great personality, and is respectful of what work I want to have done. I have a different approach to health, using herbs and essential oils and he is very respectful of that. I also am very sensitive to radio frequencies (wireless), electromagnetic frequencies, and fluorescent lighting so they call me just before my appointment so I am not in the office as long and do other things that are helpful. Dr. Duke listen to you and checks past illnesses and he ask questions.

Dr Duke is truly amazing!!!

He treats me like a real person. He has great relationships with my kids and wife. He’s funny, nice, and personable.

Very professional and personable. Dr Duke is better than G.P, he is a D.O which requires additional education. I've been with a few Doctors over the last few years Dr. Duke and Staff should be teaching others how to make the sick feel that seeing a doctor is a good thing.

Dr. Duke is our all-time favorite doctor.

I have seen many doctors over the years and I have never been able to stick with one that I actually felt comfortable with and that actually listened to me. I have been seeing doctor Duke now for over a year. He is the only doctor that I will go to now. He takes the time to listen and address your concerns and your needs. The nursing staff is absolutely amazing! I will never see another doctor again I highly recommend him to anybody and everybody! Thanks for providing such an amazing service.

Dr. Duke is very friendly. He always has a positive attitude. I can be very down when I go to his office, but I always feel like I can conure my illness. He listens to the problem and help me to fix my ailments. He is very knowledgeable about many illnesses. He is awesome.

Dr. Duke is probably our favorite doctor. He listens to us, treats us well and with respect, is up on all the latest research (my husband does a lot on his own and we're always pleased to know that Dr. Duke is staying current), and is very personable and kind. We can't say enough good about him.

I first began seeing Dr. Duke following the loss of a loved one. I was struggling, to say the least, lack of sleep, depression, I hurt, and was not sure how to even address these issues. Dr. Duke took the time to listen. That was 14 yrs ago, I have continued to see him for all my medical needs. He is a wonderful caring provider.

This is thee first review I've ever written so you can imagine how strong I must feel to actually do this. I would first like to address the negative review given to Dr. Duke. My son has had a knack for getting sick on Dr. Dukes day off, I believe its Thursday? Although this can be frustrating I do not blame Dr. Duke. If he's reached a point in his career where he can cut back hours and focus on his family, bravo, he's earned it. He's not supposed to be available 24/7. That's what the ER is for. With that being said I can't say enough good things about this man. It started with my Dad being referred to him more than 10 years ago. Then my sister and I both saw him and eventually all of our children. He is very down to earth, caring and very common sense. It feels like visiting an old friend when you go to his office. He always takes his time during your visits and answers all questions and concerns. During the new mother stage my sister and I both recieved many after hours calls from Dr. Duke when we were concerned about something. I have recently moved and today I visited a Pediatriction in our area in search of a new Doctor for my son. I'm sorry to say it was a horrible experience and all I could think is, Duke...could you please move to Wyoming? Quite simply put, Dr. Duke is the best there is. After living in three states as my husband and I established our careers, and after trying again and again to find a family doctor we loved, or even liked, we finally came to the realization that the trouble was in comparing them all to our first doctor - Dr. Duke. He lovingly took care of myself, my husband, and our three children over the years we lived in Idaho. It was well worth the trip into Utah to see him each time we needed a doctor's visit. He always took the time to make sure that before we ever left his office, we felt better, both physically and mentally. Dr. Duke is intelligent, kind, personable, and practices medicine with common sense. He remembers you as more than a name on a clipboard; he treats you as his own family. And although both my sister and I have since moved away, he still cares for my mother and father, and I think all of us consider him part of our family, too.
