I have been waiting for 17 days for a call back from this office to make an appointment. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and she told me that they are still waiting for the record to be sent. She's was to call the doctor and call me back. That was yesterday before noon. I called our Dr and was told that all the records were fax on May 10 at 6.05 pm and could provide the proof. Staff is slow talking on cell phone

I have to say this office is the most useless group of medical professionals ever. If the Doctor actually knew how incompetent they are and how much money they are costing them in new patients would blow his mind! They don’t follow up, they leave extremely early, I mean the scheduler leaves like at 10 am every day so only works maybe 2 hours a day. I had an issue with my lungs the last few months, good thing I went to see an ENT to treat my sinuses actually helped my lungs out so if I solely waited on them I’d be tortured. If I get another referral to this type of doctor I would use a different office. This staff his horrendous! I will also be reporting this to my insurance company. I have to say this office is the most useless group of medical professionals ever. DR. CONNELLY IS RUDE AND HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNER. HE ACTS LIKE HE WOULD PREFER THE PATIENT TO DIE; AS IF THE PATIENT IS A BOTHER. I WOULDN'T TRUST MY DOG WITH CONNELLY AND I HATE THAT HE IS OUR ONLY OPTION AT HARRIS SW.

My mother has been waiting for over 2 weeks to get appointments from his office!!! Dr Connolly assured her she needs these tests, but unfortunately his staff does not care!!!! By the way my mother cannot walk across a room without running out of breath!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Connelly for several years nothing but the best treatment from him and his staff.would never change Dr's

First visit I was there for 4 hours, but he is awesome. Dr Connelly ordered tests I've never even heard of before, and I've been a RN for over 35 years. He is incredible and VERY thorough. Ended up I just had reactive asthma and it's under control now.

I feel comfortable and safe that he will give me the best care

Dr. Connelly has been the absolute best doctor that I could ask for. I feel like I am a priority and that he will find the reason for my illness. I could not have been referred to a better pulmonologist by my primary care physician. I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Connelly is an excellent doctor. If you ever have need for a pulmonologist/critical are doctor, he is wonderful. He speaks with you clearly about your condition and his recommendations. I had need for him about 10 years ago when I had a blood clot. When I had other issue in 2013, I went to him again. His staff is great to work with also.

Dr. Connelly is a wonderful Doctor and a wonderful person, I wiould recommend him 100%. Both my husband and I are patients of his and have been for quite some time now, I almost lost my husband a number of years ago and dr. Connelly was there 100% percent, my husband was on life support for approxmately 2 weeks he had a really bad asthma attack,and Dr. Connelly was there for him and brought him through. As for me I had a pulmonary embolism in 1999, Dr. Connelly again was there for me 100%, I was so afraid that I was not going to make it, because the clot was so huge, Dr. Connelly sat by my bedside and talked to me and was a great source of comfort for me, he didn't have to do this, but he did, because he is that kind of Doctor,I don't think I would have pulled through, without his care and compassion, I hope that you will never need a pulmonologist, but should the need arise, Dr. Connelly is the best.
