Kevin James Cline

Don’t believe any of these negative reviews for Dr Cline. Recently I have been a patient of his and he has been nothing short of amazing. He has been very informative and took time to talk to me and answer any questions or concerns I had. He has excellent bed side manor. He preformed my vasectomy and I have had absolutely no pain at all. In fact I couldn’t even tell I had anything done through the recovery period. If you’re looking for a urologist or guys if you are looking into a vasectomy I highly recommend Dr Cline.

We were scheduled for surgery two weeks ahead of time, and after waiting in their waiting room for an hour they brought us back in their office to tell us that our insurance wouldn't approve it. This is after they called us that morning and told us out co-pay was $600. We definitely do not recommend their non-professional services.

They will not call you back nor will the triage nurse Bonnie answer any questions. Also, there is a reason that the pellets are an out of pocket expense, Dr Cline uses them for off label uses that are not FDA approved, this was confirmed by an Endocrinologist. Also you will have a real hard time using you FSA for this reason.

If I could give him a negative star review, I would. Took my elderly aunt to him for chronic UTI’s. He was rude, dismissive, and incompetent. He couldn’t solve her problem and he didn’t care to help figure it out.

Appt at 3 and it's 4pm and I'm still waiting. I'm tired of waiting. My time is just as important as his!

Dr. Cline is very insensitive. Went to him for treatment and the office treatment made me hurt more. Then they call in a script that my insurance didn't cover, didn't offer to get me anything else. Been over a month and still haven't heard from medical records so that I can take my info to a better doctor.

I used Dr. Smith of the Shreveport Regional Urology. I was completely disgusted by the lack of discretion exercised by staff in a situation and environment that is unsettling and uncomfortable enough just given the nature what it pertains to alone. I sat in an uncomfortable environment and could hear staff discussing other patients personal matters, and then if that weren't bad enough they had a lack of sensativity regarding my own personal business by discussing it loudly in the hall way. I could hear every word and was completely mortified. Save yourself some embarrassment and DO NOT USE REGIONAL UROLOGY. I used Dr. Smith of the Shreveport Regional Urology.
