All staff were friendly, professional, and worked with each other in a stressful situation for me.

I was nervous going to see Dr, Chaitoff. His office staff put me at ease as soon as I entered. I did not have to wait long , maybe 5 minutes. When Dr Chaitoff entered the room, he was warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. He explained my condition, and came up with a plan of care very quickly. I am very happy to see a Dr. That really understands all facets of patient “care”.

I first went to Dr chadoff in 2020 with what was called a failed low back surgery and uncontrolled pain. His option and it seemed right to me was to install a spinal cord stimulator. We put it in it worked for about a year and a half with not too many problems and fortunately with only one return visit to Dr chaitoff as he seemed to write me off as drug seeking at the time even though he had talked of flare-ups as he called them and they can be severe. I return to him the end of 2022 with severe back pain. Unable to sleep, unable to lay in any position, unable to work, unable to walk more than half a block, pain so bad it made me nauseous. His solution was to recalibrate the spinal cord stimulator. After telling him about my constant burning legs from my low back to my ankles my inability to sleep the fact that I had no voice from not being able to breathe deeply and not sleeping right for weeks he offered nothing else. We recalibrated the stimulator I kept it 5 plus days on each of the two new programs that were put in, no change. I finally had to call and talk to Betsy and cry on the phone to her begging her to help me in order to get her to have Dr chaitoff write an adequate pain prescription for me. (Thank you so much Beauty. You saved me.) Fortunately, soon after this I returned to my physician and he referred me to University of Miami and another pain physician. The new pain management doctor has offered me gabapentin for the burning and scheduling an epidural. He listened to me and believed that I had pain and wants to actually help. I'm sorry but I believe Dr chaitoff at this point is just going through the motions and does not see the person behind the pain at all anymore.

The kindness and knowledge of the Dr. Is what I appreciate the most . His employees are very respectful and very helpful.

Dr. Chaitoff office and staff, are fast, efficient, caring and have been a Godsend to me with the pain I was having in my back.

Staff is inviting and professional. Dr. Is a straight shooter hopefully I get the help needed. Overall great place.

Dr. Chaitoff is the all-too-rare doctor who has both high competency and genuine compassion. After years of struggling with back pain, he was the first to show me my MRI images (not just the report) and explain all my issues. Upon realizing my very painful situation, he immediately placed a call to fit me in for an epidural within TWO DAYS.. I am grateful beyond words!

First visit,Seams like the Dr. C. and stafe only want to help . More time needed for better understanding.. They only can deal with what I have to deal with,and my spine is in bad shape.I hope they can help me live with my chronic pain,as I get older. I like the idear of getting off pain meds but There needs to be a plan in doing so. Not to happy this month.Im hitting and nothing was put in its place after cutting my pain meds.Need scan of spine and maybe massage physical therapy. to help with pain. He seemed genuinely concerned. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Clearly he was well educated. I would recommend him to anyone.

As one ages, SHTF. I've had a number of different issues which have been addressed by Dr. Chaitoff. He's a friendly guy, and I've received good care. There's no reason for me to go anywhere else for the kind of services he provides.

Great Nurse great doctor and he listens to what you need

After having visited a few doctors with my husband over the last few weeks, It was refreshing not to have to wait long after my scheduled appointment time. I feel disrespected as a patient when I am left to wait for long periods of time because of over booking. Thanks for the considerate patient service and excellent care!

Dr. Chaitoff took the time to listen to my areas of concern. He explained the reasons for my pain using my MRI pictures so that I totally understood. He then gave me options to manage the pain. I would definitely recommend him.

He immediately listened to what I needed and what I had tried already and what had and hadn’t worked and developed a plan on moving forward and quickly implemented a plan to get me out of pain.

Dr. Chaitoff listens, advises, explores and explains options. He is patient and funny, and I truly felt positive about my path to wellness when I left his office.

Appointment and exam was thorough. Have gone to several pain management Doctors and this is first one who spent time evaluating my situation and not just signing me up for procedures. Referred me to a rehabilitation specialist and this , too, is a first. It offered some options to consider.

Dr. Chaitoff and his staff were friendly and accommodating. The only negative I can say is that their waiting room was very small, very full, and did not provide adequate Covid 19 distancing. Also, the patient restroom was small and not accessible for a person in a wheelchair.

Dr. Chaitoff and his PA-C Angela Gonzalez are the reason I can get up in the morning and have a much better quality of life. My pain levels are monitored carefully. I have been a patient for about ten years; Dr Chaitoff and Angela Gonzalez are two of my hero's. I trust Dr Chaitoff he is a brilliant man, a gifted physician. Some of the procedures involving nerve blocks are complicated and can be very dangerous, Dr Chaitoff is the best!

I love this office. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. Appointments are usually on time so I don’t have to wait forever in the waiting room. Dr. Chaitoff and his Nurse Practitioner are very thorough and take time to answer your questions.

As a patient with RA, OA, Psoriatric Arthritis, fractured spine bones, and other ailments, Dr. Chaitoff’s practice is a godsend to help relieve my pains.

I have been visiting Dr Chaitoffs office for over 2 years. He has done several epidural shots in my spine but has never offered me any long term procedures to fix my issue. I have been very patient and have continued to visit the office as I have always been comfortable with Dr. Chaitoff and his professional opinions. I visited his office today in excruciating pain (I can’t walk, sit, or stand) only to be refused care because I have a small balance at his office and his office manager refused to allow me to make a small payment to get caught up and schedule another procedure. His office staff precovid have always been very helpful and understanding, but the new staff he has hired in are amongst the nastiest people I have ever encountered. They refused to schedule me for a procedure and have discharged me from the practice because they failed to inform me that I have been out of network all this time (I have great insurance but was never informed I was out of network). I do not recommend anyone to visit this office or this doctor. They seen the shape I was in and refused to help me. If you are in pain, I don’t suggest encountering the set of people that work in this office. They will not help you. I have been visiting Dr Chaitoffs office for over 2 years. Keep away. Dr. By name not by trade. Almost never sees his patients, barley organized in his findings. Will not help u only will help himself. Dr. Chadoff im sure u read ur reviews. U are a fraud.

I will never return to this doctor Almost 3 years ago I went to his office with sciatica. I agreed to have an epidural done for my sciatic pain. Afterward, I still had the same pain and the procedure brought on an awful case of shingles. I still suffer from post-herpetic neuralgia.

Dr Chaitoff reviewed all recent xrays and mri’s to evaluate the possibility of reducing neck pains with a steroid shot. He concluded there may be a risk since an artery is located near the recent fracture. He offered more physical therapy as opposed to the steroid shot. His opinion left me with complete honesty and the opportunity to make future decisions about treatment for the neck pains. He reaffirmed the offer of a third steroid shot in my lower back, which helped the Lower back pains before. I will let him know any progress in my neck. I have been seeing Dr. Chaitoff and his staff for over a year for my bone, joint and arthritis issues. Dr. Chaitoff is NOT one of those doctors to just come in and out in 5 minutes. He is professional, talks to you, engages with you, and really discusses how you are feeling and your progress. During the pandemic, I have had my visits via video conferencing, and they still show the same compassion and respect for their clients. I cannot say enough positive about this practice as a whole. I was relieved to know that he is willing to work with my primary and other doctors if needed in the future.
