Dr. Cattaneo is hands down one of the best dentists in the Kansas City area! Such nice people and a very nice facility!

This is The worst experience we ever had, issues with billing, very suspicious line items on bills, no call returns at all, misleading instructions from office . We are not even sure how to express how unsatisfying our experience was with this place.

My wife went to this Dentist in Feb 2019 with a tooth pain and was diagnosed needing a crown.As long time patient, asked for predetermination of benefits was told it would approx. $500 after insurance. Went back in May 20019 for a fitting of a temporary crown, very painful procedure. Asked again about payment and total bill when that done. They said they still did not have the information on benefits. Received a bill in the mail for $1000. Left several messages to schedule without return phone calls for over 2 months. Went in yesterday and tried to schedule in person and again found the receptionist to be confrontational about the benefits , but scheduled the crown for Thursday. We received a call this morning stating that the my wife now needs to see a specialist over nerve pain, never that she had nerve pain. Then she called my wife backed and stated " I am done " and she hung up. Receptionist is allowed to run the practice. Contacting Board of Healing Arts. Never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. Dentist has not spoken to me since temporary crown installed. Thank you. This place is amazing! Great dentistry and very nice people.

Excellent dentist. I’m particular about health providers and my experience has been first rate. Friendly staff, meticulous dental rooms and excellent dental care.

Dr. Cattaneo and his staff are wonderful. This is an excellent, family-friendly dental practice and if you are looking for a caring, gentle, top-notch dentist, you found one in Dr. Cattaneo.

It's always a pleasure going to Dr Kevin Cattaneo's office. That's right, going to the dentist doesn't have to feel like you're getting your teeth pulled. The staff is always so friendly and helpful while working with your crazy schedule to find the right time to get into the office. Thanks for your patience! Highly recommended.
