Spent almost a year coming to this facility hoping someone could fix my lower back pain. After thousands of dollars and numerous appointments my condition never improved. Also disappointed with how rude and uncaring their staff, specifically Sabrina was. Frustrated with how much time I invested with this practice and how little they ended up caring about me. The visits last only minutes, the follow up is done by Nurse practitioner. No details are given before spinal injections which are totally useless. I did not get any relief for my backache after several injections. No explanation is given about poor result of the treatment

I have been a patient of Dr Cairns for several years, and am completely satisfied with his treatments AND staff. I have shoulder, neck and back problems from my 25 years as a Rescue Lt with the City of Hialeah. My pain is well managed, and, as someone "in the business"highly recommend this entire practice.

Dr. Cairnes and his practitioner are both amazing! They listen to your concerns and they try everything they can to help you feel better! They return calls promptly. They make me feel very comfortable expressing my chronic pain and Spine issues. Best doctor you could ask for!

If you will choose go to dr. Cairns's clinic, you should know that after their treatments, your pain will doubled and you will suffer more. One month ago I had an injection at dr.Cairns clinic, but after this pain in my back got worse. When I called to dr. Cairns office and told them about this, they suggested to wait couple weeks more, but my pain wasn't gone, so they made appointment to see the doctor to discuss. But at the meeting was his assistant, who didn't solve problem. I'm still suffering from strong pain and I barely can stand and sit now. In bottom line what I got from this clinic: a bill for my couple visits, steroid injection and DOUBLED PAIN in my back. If you go there, be ready that nobody will provide you any costs of service and some people from dr.Cairns's team, like Sabrina will be disrespectful to you. I got unprofessional service. I'm very disappointed I wasted my time. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DR.CAIRNS clinic. Avoid this place if you care about your health and you don't want to make your problem worse. I was told by a spine surgeon in Gainesville,Fla. that I needed Major , invasive , cervical discus replacement .I.believe everyone is their own , best Health Care Advocate. Even Though I was living in N.Fl. My brother advised me to see what The Spine Clinic could do( He lives here and had , had great success with noninvasive back surgery there ).. so over Christmas Break from teaching - I came down and Dr.Carines explained cervical facet ablation.... exactly what I needed! He was very knowledgeable and kind ; and worked His Schedule to accommodate mine. That was in 2014. Since then, I’ve had to repeat the procedure several times. All with great success . Dr. Carines is brilliant! Always showing He cares ; by listening and giving me my quality of life back . I appreciate His work as well as The genuine person He is. Kudos!! Dr. Cairnes is an excellent physician. However, the woman who scheduled his visits is rude and unprofessional. I saw him anyways and was quite pleased with his knowledge and expertise. I guess sometimes in order to see a good doctor you have to put up with the rudeness of his staff. It’s a shame the office manager doesn’t do something about it.

Dr Cairns is a very nice Dr. However seeing him as a disabled person with multiple chronic conditions,i was told that they could not help me any longer because of the sporadic use of marijuana. Unfortunately when I had radiation treatment for my cancer I also developed dysphagia. I already has issues with getting hungry now I have problems swallowing to. I needed to use marijuana every now and then and had been upfront about it all. However the issue that I used marijuana in a medicinal way was not OK with the company. When policy conflicts with providing medical care to some of the patients who have cancer or other conditions where marijuana has a benefit I feel it's a poor choice and do not think the DEA would have any issues with it. On many occasions I have tried the legal medication but it made me to loopy and high. I do not wish to be walking around with a medication that I cannot control. While living in California I was allowed to smoke legally. Then to move across country and find out that you can get a long sentence for doing something so you could eat and stay alive it is more than just contradiction when tobacco has killed in the millions and alcohol is no better and that is legal too. This hypocrisy needs to stop as its mainly a way to keep prisions filled. Our politicians are to busy taking money from the smoking and drinking lobbyists. How could anyone even justify tobbaco and alcohol being legal when they harm and kill so many. But if some smokes a quarter of a joint they risk their medical care and could face some time in jail. This is not at all reflective of the doctors in this location. They are wonderful doctors but I have to question the thought put into denying people who so desperately need the services provided. I cannot choose between eating and living in pain. I'm just grateful that I found help in finding another doctor. After seeing Dr.. Cairns for a few tests, he was able to correctly diagnose the cause of my lower back/hip issues, and to address them quickly with non-invasive procedures. I have been suffering from lower back/ pain. for over two years, and after seeing other Osteopaths and Chiropractors, he was the only Doctor to give me immediate pain relief, without the use of drugs;. In addition he is a very kind and caring physician. I highly recommend Dr. Cairns..

I previously had written a poor review based on the scheduling staff before I had seen Dr. Cairns. Since, I have had the chance to meet him and would like to change my review. I believe him to be a highly competent and caring Physician. He spent the time to listen to my concerns and to explain my options and what the potentional outcomes might be. I would highly recommend him to anyone with problems involving pain.

Dr. Cairns and his entire staff are the absolute best in the business!! I've been a patient of Dr. Cairns for almost 4 months now. I had my cervical spine C4/C5 fused together 6 months ago by another fabulous Doctor in Palm Beach, FL. Dr. Cairns and his staff have taken over my post-operative care and it has been such an amazing experience! I constantly brag to anyone who will listen to me about how amazing Dr. Cairns and his staff are. He is hands down the most compassionate and the best Doctor

I saw Dr. Cairns after tearing a disk in my lower back at Crossfit. From the moment I saw him, he put my mind at rest that my back could fully recover and most importantly, I could again exercise and do the things I love to do in my active lifestyle. I was in pain, but most importantly, I wanted my life back! Dr. Cairns helped achieve that goal for me in less time than I imagined. I am so grateful for his thoughtful care. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone suffering with a back ailment.

Dr. Cairns was referred to me by a friend for my severe lower back pain. From my initial contact with his office until to today I am always pleasantly surprised how they exceed my expectations and go the extra mile. Dr. Cairns has a caring and humorous way of making you feel like you are his only patient. He took my pain seriously but also realized my financial situation and gave me options that would work best with my insurance. His physical therapy team is fantastic. Great experience!

The smartest, best-educated and trained, and most compassionate spine doctor you will ever encounter. He will take the time to thoroughly diagnose your condition, and then lay out a clear plan for how to address it. He successfully solved my spine problems, and I referred him to my friends and they are all equally happy!

Having spine surgery several years ago. I was in a panic in November. I could not get an appointment with my neurosurgeon until late January. I called Dr. Cairns. Within moments I had my MRI scheduled and then the epidural. Everyone in his staff is competent and compassionate. When I went to my primary care and the neurosurgeon they both said you picked a great Doctor. I researched Dr's. I am relatively pain free at the moment. Hence the fruit basket of gratitude during the busy holiday week.

I have been a patient for over 6 years I think- sometimes I have waited up to an hour, but by the time I leave there, I feel so important- He makes you feel comfortable, & he is kind and compassionate. Back/neck issues are not always easy to pinpoint the root cause & it takes time, but he is always upfront and tries to explain things to me as clearly as possible. I have had several procedures, & I get overwhelmed & panicked- he holds my hand and assures me everything is going to be ok

My father has been in a severe amount of pain, waiting eagerly for his appointment with Dr. Cairns to receive treatment that would temporarily alleviate the pain. The appointment has been established for a month now. Today was finally the day of the appointment and my father was very relieved. Today, at the very last minute, Cairn's secretary informed my father that he would have to wait -27- more days because, "he didn't think it was worth it to treat him since his other 2 patients canceled."

For 10 years I have been told I have tennis elbow or carpal tunnel from several different orthopedics. Dr Cairns was treating my back with epidurals and noticed me putting pressure on my neck. He ordered a cervical MRI and diagnosed severe spinal stenosis in C5/C6. I was in his office for my back and never complained about my neck. He was proactive and diagnosed something that 3 other doctors missed!!! I had surgery last week and feel 100% better. Amazing doctor!!!! Thank you Dr Cairns
