Dr Kevin E. Bright, M. D. is a very knowledgeable great communicator, compassionate, and skilled surgeon. He made me feel that I was in safe hands. He is very precise, I am blessed he performed the surgical procedure with precision and care. Although, I was very anxious about the result after a few weeks of the surgery. On the follow-up visit care, Dr Bright gave me an assurance about my concerns. Also, to include his staff is very caring, compassionate and friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of medical service. Everyone is friendly and I am very pleased they are in this area to care for us. I’m very happy of the result of the surgery and grateful for the excellent care I received at Southwest ENT Consultants and highly recommend because of an outstanding experience I had. *****

Dr. Bright has been my son's ENT for many years and has always provided outstanding care and service. Dr. Bright has demonstrated he is very skilled and knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you understand the treatments recommended. He and his staff (especially his assistant, Ruby) always make sure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Bright.

Waited over 30 mins on first phone call and hung up. Called again at lunch time and waited 44 mins before someone answered to try and make a appointment with my sons surgeon(tonsils and adenoids removed less then a week prior). Receptionist answered and told me, “it’s all normal for recovering, but his pain can happen”. I explained it didn’t seem normal and that my sons pain is not being taken care of. I wanted to make a appointment. She took my name/number and told me she would relay message to Dr Bright. No call back and later that day my son was rushed to ER with gushing nose bleed(while napping) and later admitted to hospital. I am sorry but if you wait over a hour for someone to answer the phone in hopes to talk to a NURSE or DOCTOR....you won’t. You can not get through on a phone call you will not get through even in the hospital. Now my son is discharged from hospital to follow up with ENT...have again now waited over a hour for someone to answer to make a appointment.

Yes, you may have to wait to see Dr. Bright but he is one heck of a doctor. He found my cancer and has helped me with the adjustments that I have made. Would not want to find another doctor at this point in time. Trust goes a long way

Dr is amazing his staff not so much! Especially the woman making his patient appointments! Worst person ever worst customer service ever! She should not be working there with that awfull attitude! Waiting time is horrible as well! I spent 3 hrs there from the moment i signed in until the moment i was given my next appointment!
