In this day and age it is rare to find a doctor's practice that is focused on the care of the individual. Dr. KEVIN BAXTER and his amazing team are the exception. After struggling for several years trying to find a good physician here on the coast. I finally found Dr. BAXTER and his staff. As a senior citizen I no longer feel as if I am disposable. He has contributed greatly to the improvement of my health and outlook on life. I find the care program offered the best I have ever experienced and so affordable. Appointments are always relaxed and caring. Their clinic is by far the cleanest I have seen on the North Coast. The whole staff makes you feel cherished. If you are honest and open you will find a physician of great knowledge and caring in Dr. KEVIN BAXTER. Superior service, from wonderful people! I would recommend Dr. Baxter to anyone looking for a primary PCP. Ten plus years I have been with him and I could not be happier...:)

FINALLY!! This is what I have been searching for. I have finally found a great doctor, who I can actually get in to see when I NEED to see him. I have been able to see him and not a different provider in the clinic. I do not feel rushed, he has time to actually see me and has already helped me with some issues that have been going on for a long time that other providers have just not had time to address. I have only been a patient for a short time, but I have already established a strong rapport with him.

I really like the new practice. I can get in when I need to see the Dr. and he has enough time to actually talk to me about what I want to talk about. Such a big improvement. Great Dr. Highly recommend.

Great doctor my doctor for over 10 years never had a complaint with him or his staff.

Told every doctor in Clatsop County that I was a drug addict after my doctor retired. Couldn't get a doctor for almost a year.

Very caring group of people. Dr. Baxter is very personable and sensitive to my health issues after giving me a devastating diagnosis.
