It took over a month and multiple calls to get a Followup appointment scheduled after my initial consult, and then I waited in the office over 2.5 hours after the appointment time with no word on when/if I would be seen. Disrespectful to peoples time, as I had to postpone client meetings to be here. The least they could have done is call ahead of time and say there was a backlog. Would recommend a facility that actually has a functioning front office/scheduling dept. If something as simple as scheduling takes this much effort, how can they effectively treat patients?

You'll wait. Probably for quite a while. Consider yourself lucky! He's the most brilliant, knowledgeable, and caring doctor you'll ever have the privilege of waiting for.

I flew in from the bahamas, so far I am please with his service, very friendly, informative caring and knowledgeable

Even tho you have to wait long - Dr Nedd is one of the best doctors. He listens and know what he is doing. I moved to Tennessee and drive all the way to Florida just to see him!

We've seen Dr. Nedd since 2014 since my son sustained a TBI. We'd seen and interviewed a dozen Neurologists, who all paled in comparison to Dr. Nedd's initial examination of my son. We travel more than an hour, each way, to see this Neurologist and sometimes wait 4+ hours to see him. It is worth it to us! Dr. Nedd is a patient, thoughtful, and immensely intelligent man who UNDERSTANDS how the brain works and how medications act/interact with the body. I would not trust any other doctor with my child's treatment!!!

Long wait, Get ready to wait anywhere from 30min-6hours, but he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

My experience at Design Neuroscience Center was excellent. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Nedd was beyond amazing. I heard I had to wait to see him, but it was worth it because he took his time to meet with me, gave me his undivided attention, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him!

Even though the waiting time to see Doctor Nedd is so long, it is worth it, he really cares about his patients and he takes time with us. He is an excellent Doctor.

This doctor takes too long to see patients when you have an appointment. When the appointment is thru telemed he does not call you until the the next day. My appointment today was at 3:30pm, I called the office to confirm, they told me that my appointment is on Monday. I got sooo upset because have a calender with all my appointments and I know I get all of my doctors appointments on Wednesdays. Standing outside the office I ask the young lady at 3:15pm, how many people I had ahead of me and she said 7. Now think for a moment, why give an appointment when they know they are not going to comply with that time. I come from Homestead to Doral to see this doctor that was recommended to me. I had my second appointment with Dr Nedd last Wednesday. my appointment was at 3:00PM. I waited for 45 minutes with no luck. Complained to the front desk for the delay and the fact that I had other commitment to go to. After waiting for another 15 minutes, someone came for me and directed me to an exam room and left. I waited for another 45 minutes in that exam room with no one coming to check my vital. In fact the exam table did not even have the protective paper on it, and I did not want to be sitting on it. at 4:50, I realized I can no longer wait as I would be late to my other commitment. I left after that office 2 hours after my set appointment time without being seen by anyone, or even hear any apology from anyone. This behavior is not acceptable, no matter how good the doctor is. Dr Nedd. neurology I been seeing him since 2013. He has helped me get thru difficult times. He takes the time to listen and understands your pain before he treats you. Dr Nedd is a doctor first. He will be there fore you when you need him. Sometimes he sees up to 40 patents a day before going home at 10:00 PM. Not like other doctors that I have experienced they take about 3 min with you and sends you out the door and goes home at 4:30 PM. HE IS THE BEST NEUROLOGIST EVER

Amazing!!! Dr. Nedd takes his time to listen and explain. I’m lucky to have him as my Doctor, it’s been quite the journey but, glad I found Dr.Nedd! The staff is very nice as well.

I wish I could give more stars. Dr. Nedd changed my life, and saved me. I first saw him when I had just been discharged from a mental hospital, and this was years after a traumatic brain injury. He spent more than twice as long with me for my intake than scheduled. He knew what medicines I was on that were good and bad for me, and slowly changed them as to not upset my system. He is always willing to help me, even outside of office hours. Not a day goes by where I am not thankful for what he did for me. If I could only recommend one doctor to you, it would be Dr. Nedd as he truly cares about his patients. My entire family sees the new me, and loves it. We were all so scared for me before, but now are eternally grateful for all that Dr. Nedd does to keep me functioning, happy, and stable. He works with my mental health and my injury all at once, and never makes me feel less than I am because of it. "Unique" not "challenging" and that is what made me feel safe and valued.

One of the Things I didn't like about this office is the long wait. I waited hours my first visit. like normal they asked lots of questions then put us in a room and then we waited some more. Dr. Nedd seemed to know what he's talking about answers well and detailed. The other thing I don't like is every single time I went back it felt like if I was a new patient. Same Questions, as if they didn't have the time to open my chart and read some of my history, and the office staff is always rude

Dr.Nedd is truly amazing, he is was able to Diagnose me within 20 minutes of coming in. Over the time period of 3 years I have been to 6 doctors that could not find any answers to why I was in so much pain. I honestly believe he loves what he do and there need to be a lot more doctors like him.

He was excellent-spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining everything I needed to in detail. He also spent considerable time examining and going through different options of treatment we had-fantastic experience.

The first experience we had with him was outstanding. My daughter was very comfortable and he was very thorough. However when we went back for our follow up, a 2:30 appointment, we arrived at 2. Around 3:45 I asked the lady how much longer it would be as my kids were restless. She said 2-3 more hours. We left. Soon after she called me and said we were next. We raced back and sat in an exam room with student drs. 45 mins later we were told he had a meeting and it would be a few more hours!!!
