Rude, could not answer basic questions on length of time between appointments, procedure times (she suggested 3 different procedures and could not answer any questions regarding scheduling) rushed through and very un-professional. Seems like she has turned into running a mill.

This is the second time I’ve been to Dr Parbhu’s office and all around good experience with the doctor and her staff. I did not feel rushed or that everything was not explained properly. Her office staff is organized and I appreciate that she does not rush the appointment.

DO NOT RECOMMENTD!! Went in to have a stye removed since it was not really going away on it's own. It was excruciatingly painful and Dr had no compassion. My eye and eyelid color are not back to normal and most of the time my eye is red. Going to see another Ophthalmologist that cares more about their patients' medical condition instead of trying to sell you overpriced products. DO NOT RECOMMENTD!! This lady took a bad dog bite all around my eye and put it back together. You can hardly tell anything happened. Well done. Amazing work. From your days at UAB.

Rude and unprofessional. I am considering to filing a complaint with the medical board.

My regular eye doctor highly recommended Dr Parbhu for a treatment I needed. Dr Parbhu was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I would go blind before going or recommending anyone to this office. The front desk staff is beyond rude. The fees do not match the customer service for sure. Customer service training needed for entire office.

I went basically went in to pay a co pay because after my eyelid was looked at I got the run around from the doctors husband who said they would call me for an appointment, and they never did my eye is still irritating me till this day! Not happy.

Staff was not very friendly and the doctor was very dismissive, wanted to just have me pay cash for a botox shot instead of getting to the root of my eye twitching and looking for a possible diagnosis. Seeing a neuro ophthalmologist next after a lot of research of my own and calling around to different doctors.

I’ve been going to Dr Parbhu for over 3 years. I’m very pleased with her work. Some treatments I’ve done are blephex, laser, Botox and fillers and couldn’t be any happier. I will recommend Dr Parbhu to anyone.

Office staff is RUDE (Front desk and Nurses). Completely unfriendly, nurse didn’t even greet me, just walked me back and had a ton of attitude during her questionnaire. I waited over 45 minutes to even go back for my appointment, and was told “they will get to you when they do” when I asked how much longer, by the front desk intake person. Needed to see Dr Parbhu for a plastics issue, outside of an eye exam, but they made me get one anyway. Doctor was ok - not the best at explaining things, but needless to say, I will not be returning or recommending this place to others. They tried to treat me for eyelash mites (which come to find out is extremely common) all without putting it through insurance - a procedure that would have cost me $300! Went to my eye doctor later that day and they put the treatment through insurance. Total rip off. If you want to save money and he treated nicely, go somewhere else!

Had I been asked this in 2016 I would have given a very favorable review. Sadly about 6 months ago I realized that would be untrue. Dr. pardhu performed upper eyelid lift and removed the bags below my eyes. I was told these procedure outcomes would last approximately 10 years. Unfortunately my upper eyelid started to sag once again almost to the date 3 years after surgery. Well I did finally get through to speak to the “right” person in the office they were very wary and reluctant to answer my question and gave a very vague reply. GO ELSEWHERE for this procedure. Wasted money.

I couldn't open my eyes in the morning without prying open my lids in putting drops in. I was also having trouble driving at night as my vision clarity was reduced. After a number of baseline tests, Dr. Parbhu determined that there was treatment available to solve the dry eye problem. During the course of treatment, my dry eye became progressively better (oil production in my glands). Additionally, my night vision improved dramatically. Now that treatment is complete, my vision is better than its been in the past three years.

I'm completely excited at my results. I feel like myself again. Now I can take selfies with confidence.

I was given all information about the procedures. The surgical staff were excellent. Dr. Parbhu was accessible for questions and gave written instructions to follow and the results were terrific.

Every step of the way- initial exam, pre-surgery, surgery and follow up visits- the Dr and staff kept me up to date and informed. I feel that Dr Parbhu has a special gift as a surgeon, yes great knowledge but also hands I only can call "magic". I was a little nervous when the stitches were to come out- she got me laughing and when I stopped- the stitches had already been removed. This surgery has literally opened my eyes, my field of vision must be 50% better. My only regret?... how long I waited.

Dr. Parbhu was very cordial and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have been waiting 18 years for a Doctor that has the knowledge base, skill, and trust to properly diagnose and correct the Ptosis issue I had. I am extremely happy with the results and forever thankful for the work Dr. Parbhu has done. I highly recommend her to anyone--she's the best one I have met!

I came to see Dr. Parbhu after finding out I have a pituitary tumor close to my brain. I needed a peripheral field test and I needed it fast, because the stress ofthis diagnostic was affecting my life in a negative way. Dr. Parbhu found out that my vision was not impacted by the tumor, which was great news to me. She is not in my insurance network, yet I decide to see her because it makes me feel confident in her findings and expertise.

Easy, comfortable! and I don't like anyone around my eyes, but this was actually non threatening!!!

Super fast efficient experience with eye lid surgery repair. Office staff at front desk and assistants all seem to know their job and do it efficiently. I can not afford this specialist for dry eyes tho.

I am so glad I found Dr. Parbhu. My saggy eyelids were causing me to look and feel tired. I didn't realize how much my vision was affected. I can see so much better now. I was happily surprised when after a few days of having my surgery,I was bleeding on one end of one of my eyes and called the doctor's number and it was not an answering service, it was Dr. Parbhu herself! It gave me such confidence and peace of mind that was priceless to me. Today I will have my stitches off and I am nervous on how I will look however, due to this past experience, I am confident it will be all right!

I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Parbhu's credentials, and her education has been extensive in her specialty. I would like to see more coordination with my other providers for my condition and for Dr. Parbhu to take time to really listen to my concerns.

I had a tear duct which gave me trouble for serveral years and after my surgery. I finely have relive, able to wear eye makeup after so many year of not wearing it.. The staff and Dr. Parbhu are so friendly and personal, caring about me. I highly recommend this practice to all.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parbhu at the Eye Institute of Florida and the Surgery Center. Dr Parbhu is an excellent surgeon. I had an upper and lower blethopharoplasty and had no pain and very little bruising and swelling. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Dr Parbhu to my friends.

Dr. Parbhu was recommended to me by my eye dr. I had "droopy eye" surgery by her in April 2017. She did an extraordinarily amazing job. She described step by step what I should expect during recovery. The before and after photos are amazing. Plus, she is a lovely person to deal with, I felt she really truly cared about me. I would highly recommended her.
