Thus practice and Dr. seem stuck in about 1975. Dental hygienist was nice.
Dentist did not wear a mask while doing his work, I should have walked out but I was expecting him to put one on to start my care. Very upsetting
No correct mask usage (below nose+chin) by any staff besides the dentist. Staff stood within 6 feet while incorrectly wearing masks below the nose during the appointment. Very disappointing and concerning for those that have been safely quarantining now being exposed to anyone the staff has been doing this with.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Knape to my family and friends. Dr. Knape and his staff are very welcoming and follow the proper precautions concerning the COVID issues.
One of the most caring and knowledgeable dentist that I have ever met. My daughter was not looking forward into getting her cavity repaired, the Dr allowed me stay with her during the procedure to help comfort her. This Dr. takes the time with every patient, which seems to be a lost art in today's society.
I was scheduled for a first time appointment and periodontal cleaning. This is the FIRST time in 38 years that the DENTIST himself cleaned my teeth....thoroughly and quickly. I am impressed with the casual and welcoming warmth of this small town dental practice ....and I think it is rare to experience this in the medical field today WITHOUT sacrificing a high level of professionalism and expertise. Just seemed a little rude
Dr. Knape is a wonderful dentist! He is thorough and answers all your questions. He does great work and always gives you options. I've had to move dentists several times because of insurance but I have gone back to him and paid out of pocket because I trust him. I now live in CA and hope to find someone as trustworthy as him.
