Dr. Kerri S Wiltchik

Giving Dr Wiltchik five stars but unfortunately, she has retired...that broke my heart because I really loved being a patient of hers. Now, Dignity Health is using their Women's Clinic as a teaching facility (in my experience) so I am looking for a new Ob-Gyn Dr.

I was sent to Dr.Wiltchik several years ago. So grateful I did,I had 4 large disc that I didn't know about. She got me into Dr Martinez the specislist In Santa Barbara , I had pre cancer ciscs, the doctor was able to remove the ciscs and I was fine.it was very scary time of life. But Dr Wilchik made me laugh and very comfortable. The personal care was unsurpassed! Thank you Dr. WILTCHIK I was sent to Dr.Wiltchik several years ago. I have been a patient of Dr. Wiltchik's for over 15 years. She is, by far, the best doctor I have ever had (I'm 64 years old, so I have had a few doctors!). Her bedside manner is incomparable, her skills top-notch. I cannot believe we have someone of her caliber in Santa Maria!

I met with Angela Crouthers. I went in complaining about not feeling well and wanted my IUD remove. She would not remove it and then continued to berate me about my health and contributed my illness to not being paleo. She insulted the office staff and called them obese. I am a fitness instructor and eat healthy. She used profanity while speaking to me. She said my whole problem was my diet and gave me a list of 5 paleo books to read. She told me to only shop in SLO at Whole Foods. She said if I can't make my own almond butter that I need to buy the $20 jar not the $7 jar because it wouldn't be as paleo. Guess what? My primary doctor did order the correct tests. I have hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia. I am going in to have multiple tumors removed. Angela Crouthers was completely wrong!!! It was not my diet at all but something that requires surgery. She also gave the same paleo talk to multiple people I know. Paleo may work, but it is not for all. I met with Angela Crouthers. My experience with this doctor was not good. Did not return my phone call after 2 calls were made to the office. I was prescribed a medication that I was told by a medical assistant did not match what was showing on my lab results to treat my condition. I went somewhere else because I felt that if this doctor did not feel it was important to return my calls after I was under their care for weeks and was feeling as if I was on the verge of an ER visit. I thought I will go somewhere else.

Dr. Wiltchik listens and cares; she is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I would send my daughters to her, if they were in the area. She follows through and always follows up; she does what she says she will do. The bar is set extremely high, now that Dr. Wiltchik has been my GYN. When she is with me, she takes the time that each visit needs, I never feel rushed or that she is rushing.

Dr Wiltchik is better and more knowledge than my PCP, non judgmental, asked about my latest labs... Dr Wiltchik cares beyond "women's health" she cares for people. Bravo, Dr Wiltchik!
