I took my 6 year old daughter to three other optometrists none of which could help her. I then took her to Dr. Bakker and she had her diagnosed in 5 minutes and she is doing so much better. Thank you Dr. Bakker. Thank you thank you thank you!!! If you think you have the best optometrist you are only kidding yourself and doing yourself a disservice by not going to Dr. Bakker.

My husband and I purchased eyeglasses/exams totaling $509 and neither of us can wear the glasses. We never received a receipt and were charged additional fees. They finally replaced my husband's glasses which turned out worse than the initial pair. I just wanted my money back but they refused. Later we witnessed the same situation happen with an elderly woman who had also argued that she paid in full but was then charged additionally. I would not recommend this business in the least.
