I would give this doctor zero stars if the system allowed. I had an appointment scheduled with this doctor for 12/9/21 at 2:00 p.m. His office called on 12/8/21 and asked if this could be a phone call instead of a visit. I was fine with that. He called me on 12/9/21 at 2:10 p.m., ten minutes after my scheduled appointment. However, my phone never rang, so I only got his voicemail. I called him back at 2:15 p.m. on 12/9/21, and I was told by the lady on the phone, who was communicating with him, that I needed to reschedule, because I hadn't answered my phone when he called. Seriously??? My phone didn't ring, I called back five minutes later, and I have to reschedule. Never mind that he had changed the appointment, and he called ten minutes late. My appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes, so why could he not talk to me? How does this meet the CC's priority of taking care of patients? This speaks volumes to me about this doctor and what his priorities are. Certainly helping his patients is not one of those priorities. I'll be calling University Hospitals going forward.

He's the worst Dr I have ever had. He actually made fun of the pain I was in. Maybe he was having a bad day but that does not give him the right to make fun of somebody's pain. I can't imagine ever having a doctor like him again. The rest of my doctors at MetroHealth are wonderful. Not a bad one amongst all of them except for him. No I would never recommend him.

Horrible doctor, I told him I had medication from a previous doctor. He told me to bring it to the office and turn it in. I did so And his nurse took the pills, I ask for a receipt and she said it wouldn't be necessary She never reported that I returned the pills and she kept them. Doctor Fox wrote in a report that I took all of the medication he is guilty of liable. S far is filing a complaint with metro it goes nowhere. He lied on a legal document, And I also have proof of the day I returned the medication. I asked for security cameras to be reviewed and I also had people with me. Yet his nurse got away with stealing the pain meds , And doctor Fox Lied about the whole situation. I even spoke to him that day I was there.

I have had him look at my shoulder and he has helped me get the pain under control. Listens to the patient,takes his time.

HE IS UNWORTHY OF HIS FORMER POSITION....FAILURE TO MAN UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HE KNOWS AS AN EXPERT.....BEYOND CONTEMPT....HE IS AS BAD AS MY ASSAILANT..

Dr Kermit Fox is a very good Pain Management Dr I would recommend him .

Dr Fox is an AMAZING doctor! His bedside manner is very comforting and I really appreciate the way that he communicates during a procedure. I would highly recommend him!!!

I love being cared for by Dr. Fox. Unfortunately, he's leaving MetroHealth very soon:(

Dr. Fox has been a wonderful doctor. He has taken the time to explain all the procedures and how much they involve. Great steady hands even with long needles. Good sense of humor and genuinely cares for his patients. I would recommend this doctor to all family members and friends.

Arrogant jerk with a very bad attitude.

I found dr. Fox to be unprofessional and lacking any type of compassion considering that he is supposed to be a pain management doctor. he also comes across very arrogant. He is also forgetful and lacks communication skills I would recommend avoiding this doctor completely.

Arrogant, narcissistic, belittling, terrible bedside manner. I don't care how professional a doctor is, there is no reason to treat patients like second class citizens. Never again.

Dr. Fox is a really wonderful Dr. with a superior bedside manner. He truly listens to all my concerns and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly.
