I was not impressed. This was the initial visit when my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's and he literally spent maybe 15 minutes. No explanation as to what it is. No resources given, no education, nothing, just you have Parkinson's, start this medication and let me know if it doesn't work. Then looking at the visit summary there are things he documented that he didn't do. He also documented that my husband has anxiety which is not true. Parkinson's is a life changing diagnosis and I think it deserves a lot better than that. I would not recommend going to him.

Yes, the pharmacy called for authorization for refill a script. The fact you didn't cross reference me with others in your group and simply said I'm not one of your patients should be enough reason to have your license taken away.

The best neurologist in Eugene! I have seen several neurologists in the area and Dr. Ken has the best bedside manner of any neurologist I have met. He answers all of my questions and concerns each visit and never talks down to me or interrupts me. I have a difficult to diagnose illness and he is very understanding and helpful.

Very unprofessional, rude, dismissive and I refuse to see him again. Doesn't listen to you or answer your questions. Makes you feel like nothing more than an irritation to him. He only stays in the room long enough to notate that he saw you and he's gone. You're done. Not much help there. Plus makes you sit and wait forever even though the office is empty. Don't waste your time . Just skip this one. There are far better neurologists in the area.

Re: Dementia Patient You have to make suggestions and most of the time he says You can try that. We've asked what should we do when our family member is trying to run do we take her to the ER every time like his associate on call told us and he said no or insurance will not pay after awhile. I said what do I do then he turned to the dementia patient and said if you keep leaving we'll have to put you somewhere. Of course the patient said NO. Not sure if he is compassionate enough.
