Dr. Kent Seitz

Worst doctors office I've ever seen. It's nasty dirty and unfinished front desk clerks are rude and disrespectful the doctor him self has been repermanded for writing illegal scripts by the N.C. health board. They moved from independence blvd to try and hide their illegal activitys and unscrupulous behavior.

This is a great place to go if you need help with substance abuse, from front desk to Mr. Tom (Life Coach) type fella to the doctors that are there. I know people get angry when they mess up and get cut back or cut off but it’s not their faults, you have to understand that they have to follow rules as well and that if you mess up it’s ONLY ON YOU NOT THEM! It’s the addiction but you can control people and places. We make the choice who to hang with and where we hang if temptation awaits why take that risk? When I see bad reviews I can’t help but think what did you do to have this consequence happen? Because I have been to this place many times and I do what I’m supposed to do and I never ever have bad issues with them. Be honest, don’t lie to them you have to know they know all the signs and they have heard all the excuses just Adult Up and be willing to accept the help and do what your supposed to do, I know nobody likes addiction or withdrawal from cold Turkey quitting because you are so fed up with yourself that you can’t stand it anymore you just simply want to go back to the person you were before the addiction took control well you won’t see that person either be ready to meet the BEST VERSION OF YOU THAT YOU CAN BE! You will be even better and wiser because now you do know and once you meet the new you, I PROMISE that you will not ever wanna go back you won’t relapse once your at that point because you will not ever want to be who you were when you lost control of yourself. I wish you all the best but when reviewing do not bash the ones trying to help when your the one who messed up. They all tell you up front what’s expected from you.... STAY CLEAN! I want Dr. Seitz back ????, I don't know what happened, but this is literally breaking my heart.

Dr. Seitz is very good, he actually talks to you and acts like he cares. Love the other employees, all great. The problem with them is you can get there at 8am and not leave until 3pm. I sat up there for almost 6 hours one day waiting to see the doctor. He has hundreds of patients and his the only one seeing them and writing perscriptions. Lady at the front desk is very rude and just hangs up on me when I call without even saying hello. Then when she did finally answer the phone correctly, she hung up on me while I was talking and trying to get help. The doctor may be okay, but I can't get pass the lady at the front desk to even know! So there has to be better.

Dr. Sknows the nature of addiction,and any calls he may have made that seemed unethical,I’m positive we’re made in the best interests of the addicts needs.I know this because of my extensive experience with the nature of this disease and think it’s even more unethical to make waves when you’ve never swam.This disease wants to kill your friends and family and that is what needs to be focused on ! Dr. Kent Seitz is one of the kindest and most caring doctors that I have had the privilege of seeing throughout my life. I've never had a negative experience at his office. He authentically cares for each patient in my opinion. He has shown nothing but professionalism in my presence. I would recommend him to anyone in the community.

Dr. Kent Seitz is a great doctor! He is genuinely concerned about his patients, he takes his time to go over everything when we talk.. He even manages to remember what's going on in your life.. He is always asking how my children are doing. He is very compassionate about his work.
