I had gone to Dr. Schaefer as a second opinion a year later since none of my oncologists or regular doctors would do much. I told him my symptoms and he actually listened, suggested a pet scan and that ended up seeing what the issue was. I appreciate Dr Kent even though now I have some scary steps to take following this outcome. He listened to me and was actually proactive when others weren’t I had gone to Dr. Schaefer as a second opinion a year later since none of my oncologists or regular doctors would do much. I made the mistake of coming to this facility hoping for treatment after they told my husband they are treated people in my same situation with success. That apparently was a LIE. Dr Schaefer had me in and out in less than 8 minutes. He made no attempts to physically treat me or point me in the direction of someone/where that could. This facility and physician seem to care less about treating their patients and more about just collecting their insurance money.

My sinuses are much worse since he did surgery a few years ago! It's like I never recovered. My nose whistles, loud, and I have constant stuff stuck in my head and a cough from all the thick crud. When I get a cold now, it takes a month or more to get over. Drainage is so bad it disturbs my sleep much more than before hand. I don't know what he did but something isn't right
