I highly recommend Dr. Kent Macquire, He helps me, his nurses Meredith and staffs are available friendly and nice.

Can’t make an appointment till next year..

It always takes forever to get a prescription refilled. Workers pick up the phone and hang up without saying a word. Always a hassle whenever you try to get your prescription refilled.

I had been going to Dr McGuire since the mid-1990s. I've always appreciated the competent and friendly care that he provided me. Due to various reasons, including being a 24/7 caregiver, I didn't see him since 2015. Since then he has become a provider with Advocate Health Care. I moved last fall, and now need to see a doctor. I'm a long way from Elgin, and located a practice less than a mile from home. In trying to obtain my records, I've been stymied at every turn, completing forms and making multiple phone calls to no avail. Having been a patient for over 20 years meant nothing. I have been a patient of Dr. McGuire’s for nearly a decade. When I first met him, I was impressed with his thoroughness during this appointment. He made me feel very comfortable and seemed to appear like he really cared about my concerns. I had a serious car accident and that his true colors shined through. Dr. McGuire jumped into gear and immediately started pulling all of the resources that I needed. He spent as much time with me to ensure all of my questions/concerns were addressed before he left. He is always very responsive when calling his office. I give Dr. McGuire a 5+! However, when discussing the Advocate Medical Group, I would give them a 1!!! The service is horrible and the attitude of some of the people you speak with are less then desirable. They grew too fast and failed to look at the organization as a whole... only trying to get every service imaginable. Someone needs to fix their broken system. I love Dr Mcguire He is one of the best caring physicians you could have. Very caring

He is a nice and caring doctor. Has treated me for years. He helped with my Social Security disability application--a lot of paperwork. Never rushes me. Office gets right back to me.

Dr McGuire is kind, caring, and competent. I started seeing Dr McGuire over 20 years ago. At my first appointment he spent over 30 minutes with me going over family history. Over the years, he has carefully monitored my families weak points. I'm confident that Dr McGuire is on top of all conditions I have or am prone to have.
