VERY rude. Does not listen well at all. Dreadful bedside manners. Not gentle at all when doing internal nor external exams. Was in and out of his visit in about 6 minutes.

Absolutely HORRIBLE bedside manner. Will not allow you to talk...HE does the talking... very arrogant and does not listen to the patient or family at all. Never came to see the patient after surgery... I would definitely talk to him before you decide to use this doctor... we had to have emergency surgery so we did not have an option but had I met this guy earlier than 2 minutes before surgery I would have kicked him out so fast and found another surgeon. There is absolutely NO excuse for him!

Poor office staff. Dr. Kossoy was extremely polite and professional, told me that he wanted surgery on a specific date and that his admin would set everything up. I was told I would receive a call the next day, to go in for blood work. I waited 2 days before I called back to find out nothing scheduled! I was supposed to go in the next day! She told me I was 3rd on the list and to call back. So I asked if my surgery was scheduled, she said no that I could try again later! Seriously?!

Dr. Kossoy misdiagnosed my hernia as an ingernial hernia when it was actually a femoral hernia. He couldn't figure out why I was so swollen 3 weeks after surgery and could have simply done an ultra sound to see that he had misdiagnosed me. He told me that my hurnia was going to be so easy to fix. He didn't even take the time to make sure he was correct on his diagnostic because he is so cocky. Do not go to this butcher. Another doctor will be fixing his mess, one that cares about patients.

Worst bedside manners possible. No compassion for the patient OR the family. He performed a surgery on my dad that caused further damage but refused (no surprise here) to accept responsibility. Waiting room at his office is unorganized and long waits. Bottom line: wish we had never met this doctor.
