Dr hales front office will continually loose him patients due to her arrogance , dismissive attitude and lack of knowledge. As a former dept head and 35 yrs of being a professional in my field I would have fired her yesterday.

Dr. Hales is terrific, took amazing care of me when I broke a tooth and I was so grateful that he took care of issues that other dentists ignored for years! First time since I can remember that sensitivity isn't an issue! After seeing him I immediately switched my kids and I can't wait for them to meet him!
Dr. Hales is an excellent dentist. I have been seeing for many years. I highly recommend him.
He and his staff have always been very professional. He will take the time to explain procedures and the need for them IF you ask him. Otherwise, he tends to assume you don't want detailed information.
