Dr. Biddinger and his staff have gone above and beyond so many times for my family.

This doctor was very rude and wouldn't let me explain what happened after he asked me to tell him what happened and was even getting angry very poor poor bedside manner

He was quick and effective only 3 weeks post op and my ankle feels amazing!

Had ORIF surgery for a fractured heel/Talus joint in July 2021. Dr. Biddinger answered all of my questions pre and post op. He was up front about the possible complications and outcomes of the surgery. He was very matter of fact and very knowledgeable about the surgery as well. His post op directions were explicit. I followed all of his instructions and my fractures healed well, the hardware didn’t collapse,and I can walk pretty well without much difficulty. I would recommend Dr. Biddinger for your foot and ankle injuries.

I love the doctor! I read all of the negative reviews and was really hesitant. I love that he doesn’t chit chat repeatedly. He is straight to the point and explains what’s wrong and how to help. Then he reassures you if it doesn’t get better to come back. Highly recommended

Did not answer my question, rude bedside manner, and claimed he could not diagnose my problem even though it was already diagnosed elsewhere.

This is the worse experience I ever had with a doctor. I was referred to Dr Biddinger by West Branch ER after breaking my foot. When he came into the room, the first thing he said was "I have good news and bad new". His good news was that he has the ability to fix me and the bad news was he was going to be out of town for the next week and could not squeeze me in. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He then said I should drive to Royal Oak Beaumont immediately. This left me stressed. I had my husband drive directly to Beaumont. Nobody was waiting for me. I had to wait 5 hours to see the ER doctor. He said there was nothing he could do so he sent me home with a referral to a different doctor. The 2nd doctor was great and actually asked how I was feeling the first time I saw him. I was shocked to see that Dr. Biddinger's office submitted a bill in the amount of $195 for NO service. They claim their service is him seeing me. I was there for 10 minutes and was told he could not help me. I think $195 is a ridiculous amount for someone who did nothing and had no bedside manners and no apparent concern for my feelings. If he was the only doctor on the planet, I would not go to see him. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR. There are other doctors that are better and have great bedside manners who can help with your injury. This is the worse experience I ever had with a doctor. Dr.Biddinger did a excellent job on my foot.The staff was great and friendly, they always got back to me in a reasonable time when I had a problem or concern.

Overall the surgery and healing process was great. I do think that front desk could be a little nicer. Every single appointment I had I felt the like the receptionist was annoyed. Xray and nursing staff were always very friendly. Overall would recommend if you break your leg because its healing that counts I suppose, right?

He put surgical stainless steel, which the main ingredient is alluminum, in my foot when I'm allergic to alluminum. Since then I have had one stroke, lost two toe nails, and constantly have an intense itching on my left foot, the one that he did surgery on.

Literally just met the guy to take care of a relative & made the whole family feel like we knew nothing compared to him (we are all located around the country and he made it so we cannot all stay in instant contact for health updates). Horrible bedside manner and asking around confirmed our feelings. Shame on you.

My mother was treated so poorly here, not only by the Dr but his whole staff as well. She was warned before going that her was a terrible Dr. Since she was referred she went ahead anyway. Do not recommend at all.

Went to Dr. Biddinger for plantar fasciitis problems. On first visit (only visit) I don't think he even looked me in the eye once. Was very distant and rude. He didn't take any time at all to get to know me. Made you feel like you were just part of a manufacturing line and not a patient. During the examination I indicated to him he could at least look at me once in a while. He became defensive and pretty much indicated he didn't care about me as a person. After the examination at the receptionist desk I told her to take me out of her computer files. "I was never coming back because the doctor has a very impersonal and rude beside manner." Dr Biddinger was very to the point and got me the treatment I needed to get back to work

Absolutely Awesome! My Daughter was so scared and very in pain and the were great, very compassionate and gentle. Fixed her right up!

Totally amazed with the outcome of my heel pain. Dr. Biddinger quickly diagnosed the problem, casted my foot for three weeks. The pain went away almost immediately. After the cast was removed he recommended stretching and provided other steps to take with braces but only if needed. Dr. Biddinger was great to work with. He was honest and forthright about what to expect with my surgery and recovery. The staff in his office is friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the outcome and recovery.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Biddinger, the clerical staff, nurses, and X-ray tech! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Biddinger was excellent, he explained my diagnosis, answered all of my questions, set up my PT and treatment plan. On my final appointment, he shared in my joy of an almost full recovery, as did the nurse! I have more strengthening to do at home to be at 100% and he reassured me that if there were any problems, flares, or pain to come right back. Very professional and straight to the point in his care. Dr. Biddinger listened to me and gave me clear choices and expectations of what the different therapies options involved. Surgery was ultimately the best option and it went very well. I am very pleased with the results and with my care.

overall great experience. just wish he would have explained how far back i could have bent my toe. everyone kept telling me not to over do it but when i went back to my next appt. he said i could not over do it. that the reason i was bending my toe was to stop scar tissue.

Dr. Biddinger's entire team has been a real blessing in a hard situation. They truly advocate for the well being of their patients. Dr. Biddinger has been great at listening to the concerns I have and making sure the treatment given is personalized to my healing.

After a year of back and forth to doctors and physical therapy, I switched to Dr Biddinger. Got the proper diagnosis and had surgery on my foot and ankle. I am all healed and on my way to a more active life again.
