Mr. Kenny Joe Manion

Manion is a joke. It's been a Few years But I had pancreatitis 12 times in 14 months and this clinic headed by Manion stopped dealing with me @ TJ because I refused to admit I was a full blown alcoholic. I was screamed at by him and staff in TJ to admit im a drinker or we cant help you. As that was the only reason he saw for the issue, I was just sent to a clinic to get on Opiates for the pain. Turns out, root cause was Sjogrens Disease ( I knew I had it, but all doctors gaslit me that I didn't, so went untreated) This disease attacks organs Went undiagnosed til I moved to Chicago. Thanks for the demeaning , insulting behavior Doc. GO BACK TO SCHOOL.

I went to his clinic after moving from other state as my Rx had run out. He prescribed me a derivative without any test. This doctor does not listen attentively. His attitude showed a total lack of seriousness.

I feel he does listen and gets you connected to the correct doc. The pertains to you condition if needed.

I don't believe Manion is a good doctor for myself or my kids. He does not explain your problems and doesn't try to look deeper for a solution. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Very little compassion. Seemed to not believe me. I did want pain medicine but only because I was in so much pain. He gave me a prescription for something that does not help at all, being sure to tell me it was only for headaches, as if I would be taking it for any other reason. Never examined me (listen to heart, lungs, abdomen, etc.). Stood at the counter and looked at my medications thru Kasper. The nurse, however, was wonderful, as most nurses are. I hate that I didn't get her name.

If you go to Glasgow Urgent Care, see Dr. Manion, I told him my complete medical history, and medications i had taken for my condition, only thing i dont care too much about the office doesn:t even involve him, you cant schedule an appointment, and he told me to make sure that i came back in 30 days, but thats fine, this is my first day of treatment from him, and i feel somewhat better already, very very intelligent guy! doctor is 5 stars everything else still id say 3.5 stars so best it gets for a walkin clinic
