Dr. Kenneth Roger Woo

Several years ago, I became acquainted with Dr. Woo. My medical history includes two cystoscopies, a prostate biopsy, and the new "Urolift" procedure. Dr. Woo’s clinical judgment and skills are outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, it is a pleasure to have him as my urologist. Furthermore, I can't say enough good things about his staff. If you are looking for a great Urologist, I highly recommend Dr. Woo and his office!

Dr Kenneth Woo is a wonderful and caring doctor. He has helped me get my kidney stones under control. His staff in the office is caring. I also can not say enough about his staff in the surgery center as well. From the lady at the front desk, to the kind nurses and the anesthesia doctor and the other people in the ER. Even during recovery. They do not rush you. They make sure you are comfortable. If you have a concern they address it and explain things to you. Dr Wu has a great bedside manner and he cares about the well being of his patients. I can not say enough good things about this well run compassionate group. A well run Urology clinic. In my estimation, Dr. Kenneth Woo is an OUTSTANDING Urologist. His willingness to effectively listen to & communicate treatment plans should be emulated by all in the medical profession. Thanks to Dr. Woo, his ‘concern’ during an exam resulted in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer; which ultimately was successfully treated & cured. His office called us three times in one day looking for someone who doesn't live here. Each time the staff said "they would take it off" and they obviously didn't. I'm not sure of what type of scam they are running but something fishy is going on.

Dr. Woo has been my doctor for the past 2 1/2 years. From the very start of my diagnosis of having BPH through my procedure which was bipolar vaporization of the prostrate until the very end where we had to irrigate my bladder to get the blood clots out. He has been incredible and has helped bring me back to the point where I feel like I am a teenager again. None of the side effects that affect some men that have this procedure. excellent, listens and treats compassionately

He has been my doctor for over two years. I was diagnosed with BPH and he has been with me every step of the way and now I am perfectly back to normal. The procedure that he did for me is called bipolar vaporization of the prostrate and it worked wonderfully

The best Urologist I have ever met. He listens to you and is very thorough. I highly recommend him.

If his staff worked for me, they would be looking for other jobs. The most incompetent, argumentative bunch of health care workers that I have ever come across. They will NOT return phone calls. I don't know how anything gets done.

Dr. Woo is simply an amazing physician. His caring and his detailed understanding of medicine specifically in his field of Urology have been a phenomenal blessing to me and my family. He is an incredible doctor and a fantastic humanitarian. God has used him in so many wonderful ways to help facilitate healing and better quality of health. Thank you, Dr. Woo and your staff for your dedication to excellence.

After a second opinion it was discovered that the invasive procedures doctor Woo performed on me were unnecessary, and I was misdiagnosed and prescribed expensive and perpetually required medications for a condition I do not have - without any explanation/valid reasoning. In his own words "it's the only available medication on the market available for what I diagnosed you with".

Administrative staff needs to take some classes on customer service.

Dr. Woo insisted that I have unnecessarily invective procedure do to his refusal to listen to me about the diagnosis the emergency room doctors had given me He told me I most likely had cancer and needed the procedure to confirm it. He also informed me that my insurance company would cover the cost. When the procedure was over he admitted his mistake and that I had been right all long, That didn't stop his office from sending letters demanding over $300 for the "covered procedure"

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 30 years, and until recently have been very satisfied. Dr Woo is an excellent physician, however, his office staff, particularly those who take care of making appointments, do not return phone calls, and you can never seem to get through to them on the telephone - just the answering machine. After receiving a notice for my annual checkup, I have called at least 10 times and left messages. After a month, no return calls.

Excellent Doctor, his follow up is remarkable. Cares about his patients and I trusted him with my life threatening conditions that I went through. He is a credit to his profession.
