They refuse to refill my mother's prescription. The won't answer the phone, if I get a hold of them I get a horrible additude. I literally have to spend a week of calling just so she won't run out of medications

You call and they wont answer the phone..

If i could give negative 5 ???? I would. If you have any real medical issues beside basic head cold do not waste time seeing Ken Watkins he will not help you in any way, ignore your every word & then try to shove you out the door ASAP. And all this harassment after always leaving you wait for at least 30 min to be seen. I highly recommend a walk in clinic where they are caring and willing to help. If i could give negative 5 ???? Best Family doctor we've ever had. I have 3 special needs children, and everyone there is so kind and polite to them. Even after moving a bit of a distance away, we make the hour+ drive to keep them as our family doctor! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great family doctor.
