After a long wait time, he came in and was rushed, looked at the computer most of the time, and then wrote things in my chart that I didn't say.

I’ve been dealing with multiple chronic illnesses for many years and I’ve struggled to to find good a good doctor/PCP. Finally after years of searching and trying several different doctors & specialists, I’ve found a TRULY GREAT ONE!!! I’ve connected with the absolute best, most caring, and down to earth Physician out there. Dr. Kenneth Truscott is Hands Down THE ABSOLUTE BEST Doctor around and will go so far above and beyond to address ALL of your health needs. Unlike most other PCP’s who simply pass you around between other Dr.’s and/or Specialists, Dr. Truscott will actually listen to and address everything you need to discuss and will work with you to come up with an effective game plan. He’s such a warm and caring man and genuinely cares about his patients. He has been so good to me and ALWAYS made time to squeeze me in on short notice to help with any problems I’m dealing with. All I can say is that Dr. Truscott is a wonderful physician and will treat you with sincerity, warmth, and compassion…definitely the only Doctor you’ll need. He works together WITH you to figure out the best course of treatment. He’ll never push you out of your comfort zone, he always speaks to you in a friendly, honest and inviting manner…generally focused on new ideas to greatly improve your quality of life. Due to my conditions, I have a Rheumatologist, Pain Management Dr., a Physical Therapist, a Chiropractor, and a Psychologist along with Dr. Truscott as my PCP…as crazy as it sounds, Dr. Truscott is the most hands on of them all…my quality of life has vastly improved since I’ve become a patient of his. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Truscott and the ENTIRE LVHN Clinic in Hamburg…this is a busy office however there’s always a nurse available help. All of the staff is Extremely Nice and handles everything quickly. he actually took the time and explained why I was feeling so bad. and that it wasn't caused by the flu shot I recently had. I had the appointment at a blandon office where he is filling in.
