Staff is okay , I brought my kids with me and he made a statement about this is not a daycare as if my kids was running around , being loud or out of line . He is Very rude !

Should've took heed to the reviews about him not listening & saved my $200 cause this was the worst 3 hr visit to a doctor I've ever had...I felt better in the ER....but never again! If you're thinking about it whether insurance or not.. DON'T!!!

The doctor himself is nice and friendly but the staff is very impolite on top of that they cancel my appointment “without informing me” claiming they didn’t have my referral and come to find out my referral was indeed there in the back. Oh I was highly upset !!

He's been Very Helpful threw my pain and suffering from a DUI Driver Hitting my. Vehicle

I was able to receive a quick appointment. The front staff answered the telephone, staff is professional. Wait time was not a problem. Doctor showed concern for me. Dr. Taylor is the best. I would refer others to his office.

The office staff --- especially the managerial staff is very unprofessional. They lack the competency of a ROCK! If this the type of unprofessionalism ---STAFF, he chose to be his gatekeeper, What does it say about the doctor?

Dr. Taylor was thorough and detailed regarding my injuries and treatment and his staff was helpful and courteous during my visits.

Got referred by tricare. Have tried calling multiple times. Always on hold and have spoken to one person who said she didn’t understand how the phones work. This has beem the most frustrating thing ever for me.

My experience with this doctor was horriable hes not a good doctor at all he told me what was wrong with me he didnt listen to me i kept telling him that i was in alot of pain after my car accident but he just kept saying everything was only whip lash that happen after any car accident but my he because i kept complaining about my pain he sent me to have mri on my shoulders and my left shouder is completely torn up i have a partal rotor cuff tear broken small bone fragment dislocated shoulder labram tears theres a complete sepration somewhere else and alot of other things going on he wont look at my other shoulder he just kept saying it was a impigment going on in it he kept telling me my shoulder will heal on its own i went and to another doctor he sad that the accident really did a number on my shoulder and im for sure with out a doubt will need shoulder surgery so i told doctor tayor and he tried to get upset with me and he called my lawyer and told him i was keep trying to get pain meds when i dont need it so i told my lawyer i will not be going back to this doctor i had been telling him that this man was not a good doctor from the beginning amd it take to long to be seen by him and he come in and right out he dont look at you test anything he only want the money and thats sad he dont care at all about his clients and he needs his licence tooking no telling how many peoples hes mislead on they health problems if i could give dr. Talyor no stars i really would 00000000everyone be in there be complaining about him but i think because they lawyer sends them there they keep going i didnt i told my lawyer ill not go back and now everything looks really will its a rotor cuff and slap tear and some other stuff thank God for this other doctor in birmgham al. Was sent here after my car accident in August 2017. I always arrived early for my appointments, and still waited a minimum of 3 hours to see the dr. When he did come in, it felt rushed, and like he did not care what I was saying he was going to diagnose it by what he thought. He originally told me I had a bruised shoulder. After 6 weeks of PT it still had not improved, and was feeling worse. He finally ordered an MRI, told me it was a labrum tear and would heal on its own. I switched drs, and am now about to have surgery on not only my labrum, but the rotator cuff is hanging by a thread. Was sent here after my car accident in August 2017.
