Waiting time not long. Nurses answer all of my concerns. Doctor is understanding and follows up on everthing

Went for my first visit and was immediately told he was 4 hours behind. Impatient with me. Uncaring and hardly listened and kept saying he was 4 hours behind

I had a mass detected on my pancreas and Doctor Rosenthal knew exactly who I should see and what procedure to have. Very good at follow up. Wants to make sure I get the right help with the right Doctors.

I felt he was not interested in managing my care and I complained to my primary doctor who referred me to him. I feel that to him I'm a procedure and not a person. I had to really insist to get questions answered. Communication was poor.p. I will go elsewhere for further care.

I feel like Dr Rothman really cares about me. Enough said ☺️

I have been a patient of Dr Rosenthal and this group for 20 years. I have always been comfortable with the level of care and concern I have received. My family and friends have also been patients.

There is a difference between being "direct" and being rude. This is one of those 'OK, fine why are you here today?" guys, wants no background, like he's in a hurry, even though he made you wait because he was late. You feel like you need to speak really fast before he cuts you off. These doctors make way too much money to be impatient with people who are suffering. Will not return.

I saw Dr. Rosenthal about 1 year ago. I reported that I had been dealing with recurrent, severe, and debilitating epigastric pain. Like many doctors who practice western medicine, he recommended several prescription pills to address the issue, however, never sought to understand the root of my problem. The office staff was unprofessional, impolite, and unhelpful. I decided not to take what was prescribed, because rather than put a bandaid on the issue, I wanted to get to the root. I spent a year seeking out the opinion of other specialists and they finally came to the conclusion that my gallbladder was the cause. The ejection fraction of the gallbladder should be no less than 35%. Mine was less than 1%. Had the office been more accommodating, and Dr. Rosenthal been more proactive to determine the fundamental, underlying issues, I might have been in pain for much less time.

I have been using Dr Rosenthal for years. He is direct and always right on target with my diagnosis. I have recommended him to many friends and will continue to do so. He also treats several members of my family.

My wife and I have used and trusted him for years. I highly recommend him.

Dr Rosenthal has been my doctor for 14 years and I trust him with my life because he has saved my life. His thorough care detected hepatis C and aggressively treated it with a new drug program monitoring it until I can now say I am cured. Through his continual follow up he later detected a small growth on my liver and referred me to a surgeon. Doc Rosenthal is the best!!

The doctor is a good one, but the front office needs improvement. I waited almost one hour for an appointment today, and was told I have to either wait another half hour or reschedule.

GREAT OFFICE AND EXCELLENT STAFF!!! THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND THEY REALLY TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN!! LOVE SARAH AND DEBBIE. THEY ALWAYS CALLBACK WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE :)

Expertise in his specialty. Extremely caring and compassionate. I've been his patient for over 10 years and I've been very satisfied!!!

Disappointed with the scheduling procedure at SOUTH PALM AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER. As a diabetic, I should have been assigned one of the first appointments, but I was not. My annoyance was assuaged because Sophia, my nurse, was wonderful. Also, Debbie, the nurse in Dr. Rosenthal's office, is the reason I am giving 5 stars, despite this misstep. Next time, I'll also take responsibility and ask the person who is creating the schedule if she is aware that I am a diabetic.

He is extremely experienced in the care of gastro ailments along with his gentle manner and I would give him the highest recommendation. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family

Always available for an emergency. Very caring and attentive. Extremely knowledgeable. Makes you comfortable as a patient and gives a great sense of confidence. Looks into every detail. Excellent diagnostician. Would not use any one else.
