Dr. Rose is one of the worst doctors I have ever met in my life. He has a God complex, and by that I mean he thinks everyone else is below him and doesn’t deserve his time. He will not let you get a word in edgewise, he states his opinion and then walks out. I would not recommend this man to my enemy. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Highly recommend you to choose one of the many great physicians we have here in the shoals area besides this man.

Worst family care around. I should say worst scheduling office. They never answer the phone and if you are sick and call for an appointment they can never see you for a week. Who wants to wait a week to be seen when you are sick? There scheduling office lacks major skills in helping their patients be seen. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Helped me treat chronic health issues and actually listened to my concerns unlike my last doctor.

Love Dr. Rose and his nurse!!! My husband and I have seen him for years and we moved to the Huntsville area and still drive back to see him as our regulars doctor twice a year!!!

Dr.Rose is very personable. He has been great in treating me with chronic health issues. As well as a nerve injury that I have to live with for the rest of my life. He is very caring and understanding. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel like more than just another patient. He cares for you like a family friend.

Poor doctor just gives pills for the symptoms never interested in fixing the underlying problem. EXAMPLE... IF u went to doctor rose with a broken arm he would give u pills for your pain and send u home with your arm still broken.

Dr. Rose seems to care more about quantity of patient$ than quality of service. My mother has made numerous appointment to actually be seen by the doctor and the staff always ignores the request & passes her off to the NP. She has lost 20 lbs in the last 2 weeks & is now at the ER. The staff will not answer the phone, return her calls or follow up with previous labs & care. We are fed up!

I went to Dr.Rose because a doctor noticed a lymph node swollen and told me to have my doctor check it out. Dr. Rose was so aggravated that doctors point out this stuff to patients. Said it was nothing and very rude to me. I went immediately to another doctor and was diagnosed with cancer. I would be dead if I hadn’t gone to another doctor. He has a very bad reputation as being a rude doctor and won’t listen to you!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Very very unprofessional. Undeserving of the title and privilege of being a Dr. The way he has treated my family especially my Grandmother after Grandfather past away, is unacceptable!!

This man is not deserving of being called a Dr!...our experience with him when my mother was hospitalized was disgusting!...she had been sick since New year Eve, and after trips to the ER, her own Dr, multiple times, she was deteriorating quickly, to the point of barely able to walk she was so weak and sick... These insurance companies have to have a "reason" to admit to hospital,using just lab numbers and forgetting about a person as a whole...she was admitted on Wednesday afternoon, strep infection taking it's tole on her,.. and her blood sugar elevated to 500!... We knew she needed I.V. fluid and a faster method of antibiotics, but you have to fight your way into a hospital to get these simple, helpful things.. Thursday morning we woke to this man introducing himself as Dr. Rose.. we said good morning .. and then he had the gall to ask me... Why is she in the hospital?...I was shocked!... I said she's sick... He said she's not sick, shaking his head no... I said yes she is, and proceed to tell him about all she's been through... He still said she's not sick!... I said we all know if you can get fluids in you , you can get better quickly, he looked me square in the eye and said those don't do anything for her!.. I said yes they do, he said no they don't, ... yes.. no.. we went back n forth.. I said Dr. I have to disagree with you... He said in a smart tone... You can disagree if you want to... I said Dr. She'was dehydrated.. he said no she's not.. I said yes.. he said no...again we disagree..... I then tell him she was admitted with blood sugar levels at 500!... He said that's no reason to admit anyone to the hospital!.... Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! I was agast that he even has a degree! So... I said you only going by numbers on labs.. you do not know my MoMA! .. I know her... And I know she's sick.... He then acts all sweet to her...then said do you have any questions?... I flatly said no... I have no questions for you!... And added I do not like to argue about things and he wheeled around as he went out the door and said neither do I.... I had him taken off her case... And let them know we never wanted to see his face again...with the continued professional medical team at shoals hospital... My MoMA regained her health and went to rehab to continue gaining her strength. BEWARE OF THIS MAN. I was sent to him because the lymph node under my arm was swollen . He pitched a fit and said he wish doctors wouldn’t point these things out. Sent me for a mammogram and he said we will wait six months and take another one. Immediately went to another doctor and was sent to Birmingham had a biopsy. IT WAS CANCER. IF I HAD LISTENED TO DOCTOR ROSE I WOULD BE DEAD. HES A VERY CARELESS AND RUDE DOCTOR I was sent to him because the lymph node under my arm was swollen . Only doctor for my family.

Dr. Rose has been my physician since I moved to Muscle Shoals about 5 years ago. He has been there for me every time I needed him. His office team has always gotten me in on short notice so that I could be seen during my busy work schedule and not have to go to an after-hours clinic or to the ER. I've never had to spend much time in his waiting room and his manner of finding what was wrong, discussing it with me and treating it have always been top notch. After my mother was admitted to hospital by her family practice Drs. He came in next day to say she was not sick! I argued with him,he kept saying she wasn't sick! She had been sick since NY Eve and was deteriorating quickly! Blood sugar levels 500! He said that was no reason to admit to hospital! Told me fluids given we're not doing her any good even though I told him she was dehydrated! I had him taken off her case! He's a quack! BEWARE of this so called Dr!!!

So pleased with the level of care I received here. Such a great facility and a top notch doctor. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The only reason I'll leave one star is because I can't leave a negative rating. I had the unfortunate experience of being admitted to the hospital when this "doctor" was on call. If you aren't an elderly patient his automatic assumption is that you are drug seeking. He thought I was faking, and only changed his attitude when he discovered I had a real condition. By that time I was so sick I was vomiting blood. I agree with the other user, you deserve better care than what this man can give.

May be good for a cold but other than that would not recommend him to no one. He is just a MD and unethical!

Great doctor great person. Caring & kind with a wonderful bedside manner. He really cares about his patients. Knows everyone in your family by name and asks of them each & every visit. A country doctor. Treats all ailments and very knowledgeable on other areas of medicine. If you need lab work an x-ray. No need to leave his office. One stop shopping, lol. Very convenient if you're like me & have little ones at home. Dr. Rose is a credit to his profession.

Dr. Rose is condescending and dismissive and won't even listen to you. He doesn't care about your condition or your comfort, he just wants to get in and out ASAP, whether he actually helps or diagnoses your illness at all. Sometimes he made me wait a half hour just for a 3 minute consultation before running off. If he can't even be bothered to see you at all he will pass you off to his useless RN. I went to him for years before I got fed up and left. See someone else, you deserve better.

Awesome physician, very to the point and makes things easy to understand. Great bedside manner. He was extremely good with my elderly mother and she was very pleased with his care and reasoning concerning her condition.
